Cecile and Sat service was top notch!

Had to wait 15 minutes before getting a table. Love the QR code ordering and paying but the Wifi isn’t good. Food came super quickly and was quite nice. Friendly staff.

What is the fuss about Nando's? The food was average, the service limited and we were squashed in like pilchards in a can. But my 12-year-old loved it. Not sure why and he wasn't either. But he was not alone: the place was heaving and there was a queue to get in when we left.

Member of staff rejected my request to make an order over the phone to collect. I couldn’t log in to order online but staff wouldn’t accept that and turned me away. Very odd

So I get its a 'eat it and get out' kinda place but sadly its how you are treated. I was told to sit on a stool that was very uncomfortable (Im 60). I wasnt asked if that was ok. So when i moved obviously an issue. Then it was my fault apparently that I should have said when booking. How should I know? Waitress continued to make out it was my fault and i was 'lucky' another table was available. Nandos 'especially Guildford' will be lucky to see me again. 2 of us so a table is potential loos of bums on seats right, forget comfort. I know im just one of thousands as you will always be busy right? Interestingly you share bad experiences more than the good ones! And I did share and got similar feedback. Shame. I visited my niece living in Surrey three weeks ago & we decided to go to Nando’s. We don’t have this in California. Rochie, our server was very good & helpful, explained what they had & he was very accommodating. Food was how I expected… their chicken was so tender & so savory. They have the best sauce. Peri peri sauce is our favorite. We are planning to ho back!

Had dinner on July 13, 2024 There was 30 minutes wait for chicken but in the end it’s arrived within 20 minutes. Food was as usual but condition of restaurant was very poor cleaning wise. There was garbage underneath our table, generally garbage seen on floor. Men’s washroom had such a small sink that most of the water was dropping on the floor when washing hands. Condition of bathroom cleaning as bad as dinning hall.

My son and my wife we eat at Guilford Nandos Bikesh is very nice person he serves us very good and his very courteous.

Abie and her team were very friendly and gave speedy service!

It was an overall great experience, the food was great and so was the atmosphere. Abie’s service was great! She checked in on us and communicated well and answered all of our questions!

Good food and a good establishment

Very busy, long trek from downstairs up to the toilets, chicken was a little dry, it was an ok experience, nothing special but better than Horsham Nandos.

What’s not to love about Nando’s? The food is always good, reasonably priced and fast. The service is friendly and efficient, and it always delivers the 🔥 The Nando’s in Guildford is quite small in comparison to some I’ve been to before, so it does usually mean you have to put your name down for a table, but they turn tables around pretty quickly so it doesn’t take long. If you’re looking for a quick and fairly cheap bite to eat whilst out in Guildford - you can’t go wrong with Nando’s!

I just want to say how helpful the guys were on the phone yesterday. I was having problems with a gift card query and they went out of their way to help. Food was great too, Thank you!!

The sweet Abie served us a wonderful lunch/dinner! She was so sweet and the food was delicious! It was a new food and culture to try! I live in USA and so glad my daughter chose this restaurant!!!

Everything came quickly, piping hot and very fresh. Staff were helpful, really enjoyed the experience. A particularly good Nando’s.

We were waiting for food for ages and there were very little people in the restaurant all of which already had their meals, there was so much food waiting on the counter and staff were just wondering around. Disappointed

Terrible service, took far too long for a simple meal I’m appalled and disgraced by the staff, our food was sat on the side getting cold as the staff were just wondering around looking clueless. Extremely overpriced for the bad quality of food the chicken was dry and bland the food felt very cheap but costs way too much. Disappointed and dissatisfied NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!

Food is just like every other Nando’s. Service however is very much sub par. Toilet not maintained so if you need to make a bowel movement, you’ll need to take a short walk to the canal to do your business.

Had a great meal here, the food was delicious and came out efficiently, it was also quite good value. They were understanding of how we wanted to split the bill and the staff were all very kind and considerate. Overall, it was a very good experience.

This is my first time at any Nando’s and it was fantastic. The service is quite possibly the best I have ever had in a sit down semi-fast food style place. Abie and Jeff were absolutely amazing. Jeff walked me through what to order with excellent suggestions. The food came extremely fast and it was delicious. I am not in the area often but I’ll definitely be back!

First time Id ever been to Nando's but was a lovely experience. The food was well presented, tasted amazing, the atmosphere was chatty but relaxed and overall clean and the staff were polite and well presented.

Our go-to nandos, always order the whole chicken and it gets here just the way we like it at a very reasonable speed. Service is consistently great and we love the atmosphere here!

I enjoyed the food it had amazing flavour to it, the servers were kind n were always asking if we needed anything and overall really good 5/5 would recommend for a dinner with family!

I remember Cecile as our main server whenever we dine in here with my brother as I see her often and remember her. She’s awesome and one of the kindest people I’ve ever met as a customer. Handles food greatly, asks how the food is going, and even is understanding with payment :) Food here at Nando’s is excellent and I totally appreciate the cooks doing their absolute best making the finest chicken and side dishes. Really appreciate her service and wish she continues serving the best towards her returning and new customers!

Delicious chicken, chips and garlic bread. The staff were friendly and prompt.

There were flys and a weird smell around the drinks area. The tables and chairs were still dirty and the customer service was awful. I am very disappointed and will not be visiting again.

The food had big servings and there's a variety of peri-peri chilli peppers (sauces) that you can mix and match to make your meal extra yummy! Kudos to RJ who gave an excellent customer service to all the diners during our stay.
