Good pub, personal service, nice food, good events and attention to detail. Wish it was walking distance from home, or that the wife didn’t like a drink too :)

Lovely short break. The White Lion is perfectly placed to enjoy all that Aldeburgh has to offer. It is dog friendly which is very important to us, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, food is lovey and service is great.

Very busy so had about a half hour wait for food but the wait was worth it because it could only be described as excellent

Lovely evening meal, fish and Chips were spot-on, my friends had the chicken and the crab and both really enjoyed them, we will be back in March :)

My mother had 10 days respite care here recently. What a place. Every single staff member was genuinely caring, pleasant & professional - to her & me. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, lots of activities and the food was reported as excellent. Well managed and maintained. Absolutely recommend.
