I have eaten and shopped at the Black Sheep for many years. It has always been a great place to visit. However under the new management of Morag it has improved considerably. It is now an even more inviting and exciting experience.

Lovely place! I had the tomato salad and blue murder cheese. Delicious. First time here and will definitely go back. Loved how you can sit outside too. Dogs are very welcome.

Stayed here for just 1 night while exploring Balmoral and the local area. Room was lovely with a stunning view over the Loch. Even had time to try the golf which was a nice little course. Found the owners to be nice and friendly. Would stay here again.

Small portions chicken barely edible needed a chainsaw to cut through the panko breaded chicken fillets which was replaced by a chicken burger again burnt around the outside (deep fried at too high a temp) When we complained for the second time we were threatened with the police We won’t be returning
