Small portions chicken barely edible needed a chainsaw to cut through the panko breaded chicken fillets which was replaced by a chicken burger again burnt around the outside (deep fried at too high a temp) When we complained for the second time we were threatened with the police We won’t be returning

Nice hot chocolate, then ordered a bowl of Cullen Skink for my partner who found a piece of wood 2" x 1/2" in it! The smiling chef said he was happy it had been found as he didn't know where the piece from his wooden spoon had gone! Was expected to pay for it........ I didn't! Altogether, a disappointing experience so won't be back. :- (

Staff touching scones and cakes with no gloves. Not first time notice that. In general staff not using gloves when handle food outside the kitchen

51 Market PlWorst chipper I have ever had! Haddock supper and sausage supper for my wife was ordered. We had to throw it out after eating a few mouthfuls. Grease laden and completely tasteless! Same they are so horrible and using the Ashvale branding. The one in town is a much higher standard. I was charged £15 just to throw it in the bin 5 minutes after purchasing. Waste of money and time.
