Small portions chicken barely edible needed a chainsaw to cut through the panko breaded chicken fillets which was replaced by a chicken burger again burnt around the outside (deep fried at too high a temp) When we complained for the second time we were threatened with the police We won’t be returning

Nice hot chocolate, then ordered a bowl of Cullen Skink for my partner who found a piece of wood 2" x 1/2" in it! The smiling chef said he was happy it had been found as he didn't know where the piece from his wooden spoon had gone! Was expected to pay for it........ I didn't! Altogether, a disappointing experience so won't be back. :- (

Harlaw Road
Only went in cos Greggs was busy and won't be rushing back. Totally disinterested, gum chewing assistant looked like she didn't want to be there. No acknowledgement of my order, just a grunt. Medium coffee was actually quite large and decent tasting. Cake overpriced at £2.50 when you can get 4 for a quid downstairs in the shop. Not a good experience.

Blackhall RoadStaff touching scones and cakes with no gloves. Not first time notice that. In general staff not using gloves when handle food outside the kitchen

Balmacassie Industrial Estate45 minute wait for food and slow service despite not being busy, sides came out ten minutes after and quality of products significantly dropped from last time we visited. Also reduced menu with 0 information on tables. Would avoid for lunch but cake selection still looked nice for tea & cake
