We were extremely lucky to bag an exclusive invitation to the Caff. It was luxurious, entirely dust-free and the food was excellent. The selection of flat (unrisen) breads and cheeses was particularly notable, while the Ukranian-sourced chicken was both topical and tasty. M. Levinè was a fine host, keeping us entertained with a wealth of stories and anecdotes. We believe some were even true! Overall an outstanding experience. Beg, steal or demand an invitation with manaces - an experience not to be missed.

Lovely friendly hotel I haven't stayed in it but been for lunch on a few occasions food is delicious and presented well with a varied menu to cater for everyone varied drinks on offer to including different gins and whisky with friendly staff.

Customer service beyond awful. Older woman very rude and like we were a complete inconvenience in her shop from the moment we stepped in. She shouted at my 2 young kids because they wanted to look at the ice cream flavours to choose like you do in every other ice cream shop ever. Abruptly informed them there was a list to read, no looking at the ice cream. I would have walked out but had promised kids ice cream for last day of school holidays. With such rude staff being horrible to little kids and so unwelcoming it's safe to say we will not be back.

At least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask! Nearly fainted when I was told the price for a salad roll, cup of tea, bottle of water and a cake.............

I hired Crumbs to do all catering for my husbands 60th birthday party last weekend. I can't thank Donna and David enough for arriving with all the hot and cold food at the time I requested. I asked Crumbs to cater for approx 60/70 friends and family. It ended up over 100 friends arrived at our home. There was plenty of food for everyone and I received many compliments for the caterer. I'm only sorry I forgot to take a picture before I opened the buffet but I'm hoping either Donna or David took a picture as it was a fabulous buffet. Well done and many thanks to Crumbs x
