A mi hija le encanta el helado en Valentini’s & fue con su amiga (ambas tienen 12 años) a buscar un poco. Mi hija tuvo un problema mientras estaba allí y el personal era fantástico! Fueron amables y serviciales y no podría estar más feliz con la forma en que las niñas fueron tratadas. Gracias x

Servicio al cliente más que horrible. Mujer mayor muy grosera y como si fuéramos un completo inconveniente en su tienda desde el momento en que entramos. Ella gritó a mis dos hijos pequeños porque querían ver los sabores de helado para elegir como lo haces en cualquier otra heladería. Abruptamente les informó que había una lista que leer, sin mirar el helado. Me habría ido pero les había prometido a los niños un helado para el último día de vacaciones escolares. Con el personal tan grosero siendo horrible para los niños pequeños y tan desagradable es seguro decir que no volveremos.

Estaba esperando en la fila fuera de Valentinis, no estoy seguro de las circunstancias exactas, ya que el personal no permite a los clientes adentro para ver sus sabores de helado disponibles, pero lo que sí vi fue el miembro masculino del personal venir de detrás del mostrador y quitar una escama ... sí una escama del cono de los niños que estaba sosteniendo, lo que resultó en que el niño se molestó. Otras personas en la cola estaban tan horrorizadas como yo. No es un gran look, ambos miembros del personal se veían bajo presión, tal vez deberían haber tomado un poco de helado en este día extremadamente caluroso. No puedo pensar qué causaría que un adulto se comportara así con un niño pequeño, no dando un gran ejemplo.

Everyone is struggling at the moment but there's absolutely no need for sexist remarks to young women, also no masks or gloves so we had to bin our cones. Sad because the ice cream is nice and I think it's family-owned. I don't really care much for customer service as we all have bad days we don't want to be at work but just rude and unacceptable some of the comments that passed in such a short encounter.

A mis hijos les encanta el helado aquí, así que soportamos al personal horriblemente grosero. Es una pena porque tan pronto como ven a alguien con un hijab entrar, todas las sonrisas desaparecen. Son geniales con todos los demás clientes, por lo que es seguro entrar si no eres marrón.

Helado encantador PERO las últimas dos veces que estuvimos allí, hemos encontrado pelos en el helado. (Dos pelos en una tina pequeña hoy) estos incidentes pueden ser uno solo, pero esa es nuestra experiencia impactante con esta tienda. . .

Siempre ocupado ya que tiene una gran variedad de excelentes helados y otros chocolates y dulces. El personal siempre es amable y servicial.

Can't beat a Valentini ice cream 🍦.. always a huge variety of flavours from this busy little shop with excellent fast service.. my fav is still mint choc chip and single nougat vanilla... yummmm

Just what was needed on a hot day.....proper ice cream in an old fashioned oyster, I was transported to my childhood.thank you

Been in a few times for some ice cream goodness, and it IS good stuff. However, I can't get my head around why the service makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. Very impersonal experience. Shame.....great product!

Frequently go to get ice cream here, the place is nearly always busy. Lots of different flavours to choose from as well as traditional Scottish sweets and other chocolates too.

A traditional style shop with an impressive variety of ice cream. Favourites include mint choc chip, double chocolate, ferro roche and raspberry ripple. Definitely worth a visit on a sunny day!

This is my favourite local place for ice cream. Lots of fantastic flavours to choose from and all delicious! Try some! You will just want more and more and more!

24 flavours of ice cream on display, vanilla made fresh at the counter and other flavours available on request. What's not to love about Valentini's. Served by a Valentini family member, they still have a wide variety of jars of sweets available by weight and some of the best fine chocolates (in boxes or loose) money can buy. Can't help myself when passing along Fenwick Road!

Have been here a couple of times since moving to the area and the ice cream is sooo good! Variety of flavours and reasonably priced - can't wait to go back!

Was staying nearby and went for a single nougat wafer, for my desert, after a meal elsewhere. Was surprised that they did not mix ice cream flavours for my nougat wafer but the vanilla ice cream was nice but not truly traditional as my favourite has to be Tortolanos Ice cream shop in Main Street,Uddingston,Glasgow which makes their ice cream using a traditional upright paddle cylinder using milk rather than compound. Compare the different style of ice cream and you will see what I mean if you take the time to visit Tortolanos at Uddingston Cross just up from Uddingston train station

Been loads of time first class ice cream. Service hit and miss tonight gentleman rude abrupt and rushed. Huffed and puffed at 2 girls in front because they asked for rasberry sauce, glared when my partner changed his mind.

Wonderful range of delicious ice cream as well as fantastic sweets and chocolate. A must visit venue for any ice cream fan.

Been going to valentinis in Newton mearns for years. Was served by a woman who was very rude, unwelcoming and felt like she couldn't even be bothered serving. I was ready to tell her to just leave it due to her attitude. Very disappointed and won't be back.

Usually pop in here for ice cream after I've been at the New Turban at Eastwood Toll. Loads of choice, huge range of ice cream & chocolates. 10/10.

This is one of the best Ice cream parlours in Glasgow, some excellent flavours, great choices of sweets and chocolate ,well done Anna

Fantastic ice-cream. Really like the jaffa cake one. My son likes the chocolate and my husband likes them all. Just no comparison to that fake Mr Whippy stuff which is rubbish. Staff are always lovely too. Great selection of sweets and chocolates.

If there is a better place for traditional Italian ice-cream then I am yet to find it.Probably too many flavours to tempt you with and my current favourite is the Vanilla with Dime Bar.See you soon, I'm off for an ice-cream. Ciao!!

Been to Valentini's many times for exquisite ice cream in many tantalising flavours. Beautiful Italian ice cream the way Mamma used to make it :-)

Worth waiting in the queue on infrequent hot days. Buy to cheer you up when it rains...........
