Great little pub, everyone welcome, felt like a home from home, (not that we stay in a pub)! Will definitely be back any time we are in Forfar.

Disappointing visit. Ordered a ham salad which I'd had before. Unfortunately, the ham was wafer thin stuff out of a packet rather than the cooked ham on the bone I had previously had. No onion and the portion was small. I'd been raving to my friends about the great quality of their salads but this was a real let down. Expensive for what it was. The staff member was telling every customer how short staffed they were. It's a pity she couldn't keep her thoughts to herself

Ordered a finger buffet for my 60th birthday as was having a few friends round and didn’t want to cook - Leona and her staff certainly didn’t disappoint. The food supplied was amazing - well presented, tasty and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fuss free home buffet and will definitely be using them again. Based on a visit today. Under staffed, no Wifi and card machine on the blink. On the positive side saved £5.70. Shop local !

The manger was very friendly and very helpful, we had a lovely lunch and it was also very cheap! Would definitely recommend
