This restaurant and coffee house is very popular for its delicious Ice cream, locally made with many flavors to choose from, and you can order a few items from their regular a la carte menu. I noticed that they run the food section somewhat nonchalantly as many items on the menu were missing, although it wasn't really a cause for concern.We just wanted to have a couple Corona beers with some cheese and cold cuts, so we decided to share a Mediterranean salad with tomato, tuna, corn, and olives. We also placed orders for a carpaccio ci Bresaola and a carpaccio di Tacchino. We were pleased with the atmosphere and decided to stay a bit longer and enjoy two vanilla milk shakes.

This is a great little cafe, good food at great prices. They also have an offer on every tuesday night between 5pm-8pm where you can get 3 course meal with drink for £1.80. They also hold lots of classes and meetings. Its a great place.

Gordon and Teresa's upgrade to this pub has been a great thing for Banff. It's enjoyed by both locals and holiday-makers, and is a great place to meet up with friends for a drink. It's great to still have a decent pub in town, run by a local couple, who are willing to go that extra mile to satisfy their customers.

This new venture in Auchinairn Community and Early years Learning centre is a real gem. As a nought for profit venture it is great value for Money. Donna and her team are doing a great job preparing fresh food and baking delicious cakes -Carrot cake and fresh cream meringues are wonderful. The coffee is also great. A real ACE for the Bishopbriggs area. Plenty of high chairs and a little play area for younger children, keep the kids amused, but it is not an unruly or noisy place, this all helps the 'family' atmosphere. Great access for wheelchair users too.

Quería comprar una tarta especial para marcar el 80 cumpleaños. Maisies eran geniales. Hicieron que la tarta de la mañana, exactamente especificaciones (eg esponja de vainilla, crema, chocolate y fresas frescas de confites en la parte de arriba). Fue increíblemente luz, húmedo y sabroso. Todo el mundo, incluyendo la chica de cumpleaños, quedamos encantados. Y todo por 20 libras! Una ganga ... pero no lo sé. Recomiendo totalmente esta panadería y sin duda volveremos para otras grandes ocasiones.

Great food, superb staff. Starters, so many to choose from. I plumped for the bees bau bun, my wife Haggis bon bons and marmalade sauce. Both were superb, the bau bun was soft, filled with superb, tender, tasty beef. The haggis with marmalade sauce was equally impressive. Mains... The wife had mussels, good sized portion and very tasty. I plumped for the burger. I love a good burger, but often the disappoint. Not here though. Really good burger, pickles, chips and a proper tasty coleslaw. No room for pudding. Beer was well kept and tasty. Thumbs up from the wife for the pornstar martinis. The staff were really friendly and made the night, as dis the epic 80s playlist. Well worth a visit.

Estaba buscando una panadería en el lado sur, encontré Baji's, han estado abiertas durante 14 años, creo, y recientemente se han mudado al otro lado de los jardines de fresas. Conseguí un pastel de crema fresca que era maravillosamente suave y sabroso, pedí algunas tartaletas y tienen estas mini versiones de sus pasteles de crema fresca que eran tan lindos y planeo darlos como favores individuales para el compromiso de mis hijos. Baji, dueño de la tienda, es encantador y tuvimos una gran charla. Sin duda volveremos a pedir todos mis pasteles. También tienen increíbles pasteles de novedad y pasteles de boda. Actualmente estoy buscando diseños de pasteles de boda y traeré a mi hijo para que ordene su forma de pastel de bodas aquí, ya que la hija de Baji salió y tuvo una buena consulta conmigo sobre posibles sabores y opciones de diseño. Stopped at Brunch Box on a whim while road tripping from Edinburgh to the Lake District, could not have been happier with the service or the food. The woman working there even happily made a off-menu item for my vegetarian girlfriend.

This is the cafe that Tranent has been crying out for. It is modern, open and light, with friendly staff. Good range of meals, tea/coffee and home made tray bakes. Seating inside and outside. Free parking outside. The centre is brilliant and just what Tranent needs.
