Great customer service, great atmosphere inside and delious gourmet toasties. Reasonably priced and accompied with a cup of home made soup. I cannot fault it and worth a visit.

Visited early Sunday morning. It was freezing. Left standing, no staff member even asked how many we had. When queue got bigger, they asked people to move outside. I get it's busy. At the very least, ask how many places are needed and advise wait times. The place is beautiful and the food looked really good.

Beautiful meal in the Firehouse, very friendly staff and food was delicious, we had some starters and a pizza to share between three adults. I would visit again next time I'm in Enniskillen.

Ordered soup and salad, waited half an hour and it hadn't arrived, asked the waiting staff who then, without apologising, actually placed the order with the kitchen - still no food 10 minutes later, asked to cancel the order and get a refund, waiting and kitchen staff looked at me like I had 2 heads and tried making us wait even longer. Terrible service which ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant family meal with a terminally ill relative. Disgraceful service - will not be returning. I'd advise management to review their staff - prices are high enough without crap service

My wife and I called in to the Ardowen Cafe one afternoon last week before leaving Enniskillen to drive home. Best decision ever! Great coffees, gorgeous scones and tray bakes and very friendly staff. We sat near the window looking across the Erne at wonderful winter scenery. Definitely on our list for next visit to Fermanagh.

I didn’t try the food but it had a very stinky smell

Ventured in here for first time in years after a terrible experience before. Unfortunately I met the boss and alas nothing has changed … all is well and good until you raise a query.. then I was treated very poorly and aggressively. All I wanted was a coffee and when I checked about the milk being used I was made to feel like an idiot for asking…. Never again

Not sure how but Nero cafe achieved home like atmosphere where you really feel comfy and cozy
