So proud that this place is in Enniskillen. These pastries are among the very best I've tasted anywhere in the world. And they look like works of art. The staff are friendly and clearly love what they're doing. It's a gem in Enniskillen. Long may it last!

We stopped here for breakfast based on tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. Simply the best pastries I've ever eaten. The perfect combination of flaky crunchy exterior and melting doughy interior. We bought far more than we needed and every item was worth it. The fantastic coffee was the perfect accompaniment.

We love this place so much but have being disappointed many times as they have run out of pastries early in the day. Any pastry we ever got was outstanding. We love the coffee too. Please make more pastries to last all day. We would even buy extra to bring home. Keep up the good work folk at Folks

This was the best croissant I have ever had! The staff were very friendly. There isn’t a lot of space inside so we got ours for take-away so it would be nice to have more seating area to enjoy the pastries! The macron was lovely too. Would recommend as a treat while in Enniskillen

This is what passes for a quality coffee and a hidden gem? Get a grip. Pretentious and generic. Save your money. Waited so long for what amounted to a McDonald's quality coffee only to be greeted by the dryest barista I've ever met. Downright rude. If I'm paying those prices, I want exceptional service and mind-blowing coffee. Pastry was absolutely not worth the price. Was so over the top and hard that it would have looked more at home in an ann summers.

I went in here when there was no people waiting, I personally won’t wait on a coffee or bun regardless of how good a place , but I have to say the coffee was good and the very expensive buns were good too , it would be a treat for me to visit again at the price of things , but very good .

We were on a weekend break in Enniskillen and Folk was recommended to us by Valore pizza, two doors down (also incredible) We went for a morning coffee and indulged in a choc au pain and a brownie. It was something special. The individual layers of pastry made it perfect, nothing like I've had before and the brownie was fruity and heavenly. It was so good we placed an order to bring home with us the next day. Lemon cruffin, strawberry and white chocolate cruffin and a morning bun all of which were perfection. A little bit of France 🇫🇷 in the middle of Enniskillen, highly recommend. Hoping they locate another shop a little closer to home.

I’m most definitely what you’d call a coffee connoisseur. I’m a barista myself (self taught) and have spent the last several years building my love and passion for all things coffee. In fact, I once made a several-hour detour while in Germany to visit the coffee shop of a barista idol of mine, whose YouTube tutorials had helped me on my journey. The barista in question was Dritan Alsela, from Düsseldorf. His shop was everything I had hoped it would be, and his reputation was absolutely deserved. The coffee was sublime, perfect even, and has been the best coffee-tasting experience of my many travels around the world. Up until now that is, when, to my absolute surprise and delight, this small and relatively unassuming coffee shop in Enniskillen - that my partner and I had recently moved to - was able to match and possibly even exceed the legendary Dritan! This is perfect coffee. The aroma, the crema, the pin-sharp latte art… it’s all there. Every single cup is beyond words. And there’s no gimmicks either. Cup sizes are accurate and in line with the best artisan coffee shops the world over. You won’t find oversized flat whites here! This is proper coffee, the way it’s supposed to be. What’s more is the fabulous baked goods FOLK hand-craft right before your very eyes. The skill of these people is utterly outstanding. And it’s their passion that sets them apart from so many others. It’s evident to see in everything they do in the shop. One thing that I really appreciate is simplicity. The menu here is clean and focussed. You won’t find an abundance of choice, and it shows in the quality of each and every item. Now, while FOLK is faultless when it comes to the drinks and baked goods, the shop itself is sadly not. It’s very small and has barely any seating, making it almost impossible to sit in, which I’d love to do more frequently. There’s plenty of outdoor seats available, the only issue is that the weather here doesn’t always permit the use of them. That said, I can’t and won’t hold this minor shortcoming against them. It’s still a nice premises, and at the end of the day you come here for the coffee and baked goods, all of which are world-class.

We do love croissants and we do love sourdough - so as we were visiting Enniskillen, we thought we’d stop and we weren’t disappointed! We got a window seat (surprised as it was really busy!) and enjoyed watching the croissants being made while eating and drinking! Assured the Flat White was good! We even queued a second time to get takeaway!

Such a lovely addition to the town. Every pastry I’ve ever had here has been perfect, from plain croissants to fruit items. The bread and coffee are lovely and staff are always friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Yes, it’s on the pricier side of cafés in Fermanagh, but it’s my firm impression that this business is fair to its staff and meticulous with the quality of what customers receive. That’s not something you find very often at all. Thanks for all the treats Folk! ❤️

Extremely tiny cafe with long queues but nice freshly baked produce. I think it is very expensive but understand the produce is fresh and home made . Unfortunately everything they sell seems to contain cinnamon so doesn't suit all palettes in my households. Maybe a cinnamon free options may be an idea. I do love the Boston cream pastry and the croissants. Nice addition to Enniskillen.

A lovely café that's well worth a visit, if you can get a seat! We visited on a Saturday morning, arriving minutes after opening time, and most tables were already occupied. While it opens at 8.30am, the kitchen doesn't open until 9am, a strange setup that means your hot drink is cold or consumed by the time you're even ordering food. The menu has plenty of options without being overwhelming. Some in our group had sausage and bacon butties, which were good. Another ordered the BRAT bagel, but found that there was far too much mayonnaise, making it unpleasant to eat. I had the pancake "stack" with bacon which was disappointing; two pancakes does not a stack make. The hot chocolate was apparently gorgeous. There's a pleasant buzz around the café, staff are welcoming and attentive, and it's fairly comfortable, if a little cosy. There is a disabled bathroom with baby changing facilities. I'd recommend The Bees Knees, but perhaps not the bagel or the pancakes.
