So proud that this place is in Enniskillen. These pastries are among the very best I've tasted anywhere in the world. And they look like works of art. The staff are friendly and clearly love what they're doing. It's a gem in Enniskillen. Long may it last!

We stopped here for breakfast based on tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. Simply the best pastries I've ever eaten. The perfect combination of flaky crunchy exterior and melting doughy interior. We bought far more than we needed and every item was worth it. The fantastic coffee was the perfect accompaniment.

Called into Folk enroute to family gathering. Bought breads and pastries to take away and can honestly say they were the best I’ve had.

We love this place so much but have being disappointed many times as they have run out of pastries early in the day. Any pastry we ever got was outstanding. We love the coffee too. Please make more pastries to last all day. We would even buy extra to bring home. Keep up the good work folk at Folks

This was the best croissant I have ever had! The staff were very friendly. There isn’t a lot of space inside so we got ours for take-away so it would be nice to have more seating area to enjoy the pastries! The macron was lovely too. Would recommend as a treat while in Enniskillen

This is what passes for a quality coffee and a hidden gem? Get a grip. Pretentious and generic. Save your money. Waited so long for what amounted to a McDonald's quality coffee only to be greeted by the dryest barista I've ever met. Downright rude. If I'm paying those prices, I want exceptional service and mind-blowing coffee. Pastry was absolutely not worth the price. Was so over the top and hard that it would have looked more at home in an ann summers.

I went in here when there was no people waiting, I personally won’t wait on a coffee or bun regardless of how good a place , but I have to say the coffee was good and the very expensive buns were good too , it would be a treat for me to visit again at the price of things , but very good .

We were on a weekend break in Enniskillen and Folk was recommended to us by Valore pizza, two doors down (also incredible) We went for a morning coffee and indulged in a choc au pain and a brownie. It was something special. The individual layers of pastry made it perfect, nothing like I've had before and the brownie was fruity and heavenly. It was so good we placed an order to bring home with us the next day. Lemon cruffin, strawberry and white chocolate cruffin and a morning bun all of which were perfection. A little bit of France 🇫🇷 in the middle of Enniskillen, highly recommend. Hoping they locate another shop a little closer to home.

Bon c'est cher, on va pas se mentir mais la qualité est vraiment présente. ça rivalise avec les français sauf qu'ici, ils ont le sourire en plus.

I’m most definitely what you’d call a coffee connoisseur. I’m a barista myself (self taught) and have spent the last several years building my love and passion for all things coffee. In fact, I once made a several-hour detour while in Germany to visit the coffee shop of a barista idol of mine, whose YouTube tutorials had helped me on my journey. The barista in question was Dritan Alsela, from Düsseldorf. His shop was everything I had hoped it would be, and his reputation was absolutely deserved. The coffee was sublime, perfect even, and has been the best coffee-tasting experience of my many travels around the world. Up until now that is, when, to my absolute surprise and delight, this small and relatively unassuming coffee shop in Enniskillen - that my partner and I had recently moved to - was able to match and possibly even exceed the legendary Dritan! This is perfect coffee. The aroma, the crema, the pin-sharp latte art… it’s all there. Every single cup is beyond words. And there’s no gimmicks either. Cup sizes are accurate and in line with the best artisan coffee shops the world over. You won’t find oversized flat whites here! This is proper coffee, the way it’s supposed to be. What’s more is the fabulous baked goods FOLK hand-craft right before your very eyes. The skill of these people is utterly outstanding. And it’s their passion that sets them apart from so many others. It’s evident to see in everything they do in the shop. One thing that I really appreciate is simplicity. The menu here is clean and focussed. You won’t find an abundance of choice, and it shows in the quality of each and every item. Now, while FOLK is faultless when it comes to the drinks and baked goods, the shop itself is sadly not. It’s very small and has barely any seating, making it almost impossible to sit in, which I’d love to do more frequently. There’s plenty of outdoor seats available, the only issue is that the weather here doesn’t always permit the use of them. That said, I can’t and won’t hold this minor shortcoming against them. It’s still a nice premises, and at the end of the day you come here for the coffee and baked goods, all of which are world-class.

We do love croissants and we do love sourdough - so as we were visiting Enniskillen, we thought we’d stop and we weren’t disappointed! We got a window seat (surprised as it was really busy!) and enjoyed watching the croissants being made while eating and drinking! Assured the Flat White was good! We even queued a second time to get takeaway!

This is just a quick note, I live 89 miles from Enniskillen … worth the drive as this is without question the best coffee shop / bakery in Northern Ireland. Unreal … Waistline is happy they’re not closer to Belfast!

Such a lovely addition to the town. Every pastry I’ve ever had here has been perfect, from plain croissants to fruit items. The bread and coffee are lovely and staff are always friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Yes, it’s on the pricier side of cafés in Fermanagh, but it’s my firm impression that this business is fair to its staff and meticulous with the quality of what customers receive. That’s not something you find very often at all. Thanks for all the treats Folk! ❤️

Extremely tiny cafe with long queues but nice freshly baked produce. I think it is very expensive but understand the produce is fresh and home made . Unfortunately everything they sell seems to contain cinnamon so doesn't suit all palettes in my households. Maybe a cinnamon free options may be an idea. I do love the Boston cream pastry and the croissants. Nice addition to Enniskillen.

I am writing this with a lot of time on my hands while sat in this restaurant for an hour waiting on 2 starters & 2 x main Meals for my family consisting of 2 adults & 1 child. Several tables that have came in long behind us have been served and one of the staff members (recognising our frustration) advised what was being served elsewhere were only starters. What an excuse to make, as it Doesn’t make a difference if they are starters, we’re still here an hour later, 2pints of cider drank, my child extremely hungry after a long journey to Enniskillen & still no food. I understand it’s Haloween night but there was literally 2 tables with people sat at when we arrived so to say this is very poor is an understatement. Then this man comes to our table with our food that looks disheveled and either undercooked or overcooked (sea bass falling apart with prawns undercooked, chips anaemia & my wife’s so called stuffed chicken with bacon wrap also overcooked - both dishes priced at £28) REALLY!!! When we complain about the length of time waiting on our poor meals while other customers being served before the 3 of us, the man (maybe manager abrubtly and to be honest in a seemingly panic challenges the time we were waiting and simply tells us to enjoy our meal and leaves the table and us with our poor meals). My wife wudnt accept this behaviour and took both our meals to the bar asking to speak to this to remind him of how disgusting his behaviour was and how he had made us feel. Shortly afterwards he comes to our table to apologise and sensibly advises the bill would not need paid. By the way Horseshoe & Saddlers, we only arrived in Enniskillen 2hours prior to our visit for respite following a recent bereavement and based on a recommendation went to dine with you, how wrong we were to do so after this horrible experience. On a positive note, the 2 waiting staff ladies were lovely, extremely curteous and very polite on our arrival while serving drinks and advising us our meals are coming soon but hey guess what, my daughters 2 x starters arrived on their own even though we requested that all meals be served together. My daughter enjoyed the starters though thankfully and I went to the bar to leave a tip for the waitresses before shaking the lovely ladies hand, thanking her for her wonderful customer service & great drinks that we received, but this experience was regrettably ruined at the hands of this male staff member, never again guys very poor regardless of how busy you are, you must recognise that customer service is key & that your food and your customers should not suffer as it did on this occasion👎👎👎
