Exceptional service by the staff, great food for breakfast, fantastic range of food on the menu, this is a wonderful stop off mid morning when you need a break

This cafe is on an industrial site very near to where I get my nails done, so my other half goes for a coffee while I am with my busy being pampered lol. Afterwards I join him for a spot of lunch. We have tried scrambledeggs on toast, jacket potatoes and yesterday, bacon roll. All very reasonable prices and good quality and plentiful food. Very useful for office workers etc or anybody working on the estate. I have recommended to my son and other friends as a good place to eat and get a good cup of tea or coffee.

Lots if people passing this newsagent will not notice that it is also a cafe. We have been using it for several years and have to say that they serve the best coffee in Matlock and it is so reasonable. The cafe area is at the rear and has a bay window overlooking the River Derwent. They serve delicious home-made cakes, scones and toasted teacakes and a choice of coffees and teas - my own favourite being a Cafe Latte (large). So you can buy your paper or magazine and sit with your coffee and cake enjoying views over the Bridge and the River Derwent!

I would have taken a photo before I ate most of it, but the brownies here are stuffed with chocolate but somehow aren't sickly sweet! The selection of hot chocolate is amazing, and my mum informed me that the lattes are great! Definitely worth a drop-in.

Buen café camino a la parada de tranvía Abraham Moss. Buenos panecillos y bagettes presentados de forma atractiva. Gama de papas chaqueta. Sopa. Pequeño come en el espacio. Puede sentarse en la ventana y ver pasar el mundo. Abra los días escolares solo porque es un proyecto de experiencia laboral, pero no lo sabrá por la calidad de la comida. Bien vale la pena apoyar!

Went yest easy and had a latte , it was really nice , didn't have anything else so can't comment on other things. The young man was nice, friendly and well mannered

Great coffee. great food. fantastic staff were very helpfull and polite.. massive range of herbal teas all organically grown and prepared by bumpstead herbs at wimbish nursery and garden centre. Local pies and pasties and non alcoholic beers great for quick takeaway breakfast and lunches or eat in with great surroundings.

Tuvimos una gran noche en el curso de preparación de pan, y encontramos matrícula paciente y alentadora, abordando diferentes niveles de experiencia sin ser condescendientes. Nos divertimos mucho y volvimos con deliciosos foccaccia de oliva y panes sin semillas, y no pudimos resistirnos a probar algunos de sus exquisitos chocolates hechos a mano disponibles en la cafetería o tienda. From the front you wouldn't know much but inside is a real treat of flavour and food with a friendly happy staff to go with it. A lovely exoerince

I have visited the Tennis club cafe several times to meet with friends despite not being a member or even playing tennis! The staff are always helpful and friendly. Covid safe measures have been put in place including a one way system, hand sanitiser, track and trace, etc. There is a daily specials board as well as a full menu with wraps, paninis and some hot food. I enjoyed three sausages, peas, mash and gravy for around £8 (reduced to £4 with 'Eat out to help out'!). They serve Lakings pies and sausages! Prices are reasonable. There is always a selection of cakes and cookies available too. The brownies are delicious!

Este nuevo lugar de café en la estación de Old Street cumple todos los requisitos. Precioso ambiente, personal super amable y café más importante realmente bueno. Definitivamente vale la pena visitar si estás en la zona.

Mi hermano gemelo Stephen y yo estábamos paseando por los pubs en esta parte de la ciudad, a saber, The Jewellery Quarter y nos topamos con The Glifden Pub y qué gran descubrimiento. Al entrar y supe que disfrutaría de mi visita aquí, un interior de pub tradicional, excelente decoración y muebles en todo el pub de varias habitaciones, una barra de servicio de madera maciza domina la sala principal, hay un patio exterior que es fresco, una increíble variedad de Esmaltes y carteles publicitarios antiguos que adornan las paredes, televisores para disfrutar del deporte y muchas opciones de asientos repartidas por todo este pub, es un gran pub para relajarse. Estuvimos aquí un miércoles por la noche, recibidos calurosamente por un miembro muy agradable del personal después de dar nuestros detalles de nombre y número de teléfono para ayudar con el sistema de seguimiento y localización del gobierno y luego desinfectar nuestras manos, tuvimos un estudio de sus ale reales y Ambos optamos por tomar la "cerveza pálida" de Laines Brewery, que se sirvieron en excelentes condiciones, simplemente nos relajamos, nos relajamos y disfrutamos del gran pub en el que estábamos. El pub Glifden es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Great Hampton Street. Los horarios de apertura son; Lunes a jueves, de 17 a 23 hs. Viernes y sábado, desde el mediodía hasta las 2 a. M. Domingo, mediodía hasta las 21 h. Un gran pub, si estás en la zona, definitivamente vale la pena visitarlo.
