Tuvimos una gran noche en el curso de preparación de pan, y encontramos matrícula paciente y alentadora, abordando diferentes niveles de experiencia sin ser condescendientes. Nos divertimos mucho y volvimos con deliciosos foccaccia de oliva y panes sin semillas, y no pudimos resistirnos a probar algunos de sus exquisitos chocolates hechos a mano disponibles en la cafetería o tienda.
