Lovely staff, lovely cakes, lovely atmosphere - nothing else needs saying. Can get busy with cyclists sometimes but always somewhere to sit. Just a delight.

Decided to stop off at this little pub for a spot of lunch in the 'snug/bar area' before our planned spa retreat. What a treat!! Absolutely gorgeous place that oozes charm with such a warm and friendly atmosphere and welcome. Meals were so delicious and the cocktails were amazing too. If you are in the area or fancy a drive to a beautiful location with plenty of stunning walking spots then give this place a try. You definitely won't be dissapointed 😊

Walked down to The Crown with grandchildren anticipating lunch - doors locked. All indications were that they should be open - Friday 3rd January …..

Lovely staff, food good for chain pub, good pricing, all in all worth a visit if you want reasonable food on a budget, nice atmosphere too
