A warm, welcoming cafe with a lovely homely feel. My adult ESOL students and I were made to feel so welcome here and the students loved the coffee, the atmosphere, the comfortable seats, the friendly staff and the decor. A hidden gem in the heart of Balsall Heath.

Great service, amazing food. Safia was amazing! Would deffo recommend going there to eat. The smash burger was demolished instantly.

Looked at this place for over a year but always passed by. Today was our first visit. Management were brilliant as were all staff. They were able to meet our picky needs with kindness and positivity. Wide selection on the menu even for myself. Good vibes, lovely decor, nothing too much trouble Negative......me for not visiting before today.

Great freshly cooked breakfast, tea was piping hot and freshly made. Cafe was clean with lovely friendly staff. Had a high chair for small children.

Fantastic and unique products with excellent taste and variety. From on screen self service and excellent customer service I would definitely recommend. I love the brand name a cheeky but naughtea lol. No seriously I have tried other places but often have found not consistent. At NAUGHTEA every-time I have gone there the taste is as expected. I wish there were outlets in London as this would simply be the best.
