I ordered from the restaurant and the juice was not fresh as stated in the order and was bought from the grocery store 👎🏻👎🏻

Half of my order didn’t arrive with no communication from the restaurant what so ever. Will not be ordering again

Place an order through deliveroo waited for 1 hour called and chased the restaurant to know where my order is to get to know they dont have my ordered item in stock after waiting for 1 hour. Asked them to cancel the order they didnt do it. I called again and ask whats going on and they hanged up the phone. Terrible Service only if I can give them 0 stars.

Quick service and rates are cheap taste is awesome

A couple of weeks ago my dad got us a cookie dough pie( the reason I didn’t contact u sooner was because my phone broke) and when we got it the cookie dough was as flat as a wall and the guy tricked us into just getting one instead on two of them and gave us extra ice cream which wasn’t nice without telling us about the flat cookie dough. Not a every nice place to go for cookie dough.

The buy one get one free offer is a scam. The cookie dough is so small and thin it barely covers the base of the tin it's served in, it's as thick as a sheet of paper. For the price it's unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

ordered pancakes milshakes and cookie dough. pancakes and milshakes were alright but 2 of the milshakes were missing straws. cookie dough was hard and burnt and service was awful. took an hour and 35 minutes to come when the estimate was 45-60 minutes. however the person who we called for our order was very friendly hence the 2nd star.

ordered cookie dough 😂😂 nothing like the pictures, it was TINY, burnt and hard, no sauce and doesn’t even include the ice cream.

The best dessert place in balsall heath by far!!! All the items are epic especially the freshly made cookies and the thick rich flavoured shakes. On point since past couple of years after ordering more or less every week The owner ie nosherwaan and his colleagues are absolutely amazing and can only pray and hope they prosper further. Keep up the good standards and this place is a most try for all and is one of the few dessert places in the area open till very late which is very handy indeed

Massive fan of the apple crumble and custard classic, back again for the same and it did not disappoint! Was feeling fat so had a cheeky brownie and custard on top, munchies be munching, if you know you know!

Well as I was craving dessert I thought why not give this dessert shop a try as I walked up to the door there was a cat lying on top of the glass fridge where the cake and brownie was that was very unhygienic but I already ordered my brownie and cake over the phone the man that served me had no gloves on and no apron which is very unprofessional when I checked my brownie it was very hard and stale the cake was alright but was abit dry overall just avoid this place in any possible way.

DISGUSTING,,, 1 and half hour for dessert to arrive, only for it to be ice cold and soggy, called them to complain, the staff cut me off, called again they didnt answer, called off daughters number told them about the issue again they cut me off, DISGUSTING FOUL TASTING COLD DESSERT, waffle was like eating a leather shoe,,, cold one at that!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Just to confirm I was not rude or neither did i swear. Its a shame your staff are not trained to deal with complaints. Poor customer service. And no thank you i am quite happy without your dessert 'on the house'

Honestly just stay away. Ordered two milkshakes (which were ridiculously overpriced). They took an abhorrent amount of time preparing said milkshakes definitely more than 30 mins. When we got them they were melted, watery and frankly tasted disgusting. Poorly run place. Update1: just a follow up from what the owner has replied I am happy to take a Quran in my hand and confirm we neither ordered those milkshakes nor did it take 5 mins to make them. Also we DID come back to the window waited another 15/20 just for you to make another abomination of a milkshake. Honestly have some sharam close your shop and save what little self respect you have you jokeman.

I ordered from this restaurant on uber eats. Totally gross delivery service by there own delivery driver. The driver didn't knock on the door. He only called once which I answered to be told I'm outside your address and have left your order on the floor. Such poor standard of delivery unhygienic. Food went straight in the bin. When I questiontioned the driver why he couldn't pass me my order in hand he said he had many deliveries and was in a hurry. Basically just chucking them on floors and calllito watch customers pick them up. Absolutely disgusting. Highly avoid this place. I won't be ordering from them ever (Just noticed I'm the third Aisha to be disappointed by this place😄)

If I could vote 0 I would. STAY AWAY. Delivery was 30mims late. When it arrived I received both my apple crumble FROZEN?! without custard or ice cream. No ice cream with the both cookie doughs. I’m shocked. Is this how you treat your customers in store? I’m acc disgusted. If I wanted frozen apple crumble I would’ve got it from the shop

Im writing another review because i cant reply to the one the owners wrote. For starters its funny how a ‘dignified’ business like yours cant take constructive criticism. As a customer im entitled to state my review and the way u replied twisting it up and making snarky comments acting like we were high and on balloons is funny and it says a lot about your business. The unprofessionalism clearly shows. Please focus on giving your customers edible hygienic waffles that are worth your inflated prices. Also send this 12 minute CCTV video you have of us, you must be confusing us with other customers. Thank you

If your going to a dessert shop STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! first of all the the staff were ridiculously rude and the waffles were stale and plain and a scoop of ice cream with the waffle cost 1£ like who pays a scoop of ice cream on a waffle ABSOULTLY RIDICUALOUS! And the waffle cost 10£ 50 per waffle like who’s paying that and the waffles were disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮 and there was no whip cream and this dessert shop said they were high in quality when there sharing rooms with a barber people who are reading this find another dessert shop called jam jar it is 10X better than this I wish I could rate this 0 stars

If you want to buy dessert STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. First of all there was only one member of staff making our food which is ridiculous and the lady was SO RUDE. We still decided to order because we were hungry and regretted it after receiving dry and stale waffles for the price of £10.75 WITH NO WHIPPED CREAM AND NO ICE CREAM!?!?!? We've been to many dessert shops but have never been this shocked by the prices especially for a shop that isn't even a large business. To top that off we were made to wait over 40 mins for just 2 waffles. Could rate it 0 stars if i could. Save your money and find another dessert shop.

The dessert was disgusting no whip cream on the waffles sharing rooms with a barber and so overpriced for a waffle ten pound and seventy five for one waffle.

Ordered food around 2am. It never shows up. Called the restaurant the next day and the driver says she left it outside at a block with red mailboxes. I don't even live in that block. According to her, she tried her best and that is a satisfactory delivery and she's keeping her "proof" that she left my food with some mailboxes. Avoid avoid avoid. They don't even take responsibility, they just get defensive and feel entitled to your hard earned money for 2 and a half hour late food left at the wrong location. They're telling me that they don't agree with a refund and want to keep the money for their effort.
