To be honest customer service and quality of Sheesha is 10/10. Vareity of options in food, deserts and drinks. Would definitely recommend everyone to go for it. Different varieties of sheeshas available from German based sheeshas bases, Irani bases, Savacos & KM’s. Interior is calm and cozy. Owners of the business are always active & making sure everything is on point which is I believe is key to successful business.

Definitely will be visiting again as this was our 4th visit here with a group of friends.

Loved visiting Hookahs. Last time i was here was a long time ago and its changed since. Amazing atmosphere, nice decor and friendly staff. Shisha was perfect but food was average. Would visit next time in brummy.

A nice place to meet your friends. Food was good, I ordered the smashed burger and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The vibes all over were awesome except that the music was so loud and we can hardly hear each other speaking. Staff is very friendly and service was super fast.

The Shisha bar is nice, and the service is usually good, but it can get busy sometimes. The shisha, especially the Dragon Bru, is really good. Also, the chicken wraps are tasty.

Personally I'm not a sheesha person but there's something for everyone here and i loved the donuts and tea here

These guys are the OG's out of the lounges in Birmingham, been going here from since I can remember. Never had a bad experience, everything they do is on point. Great service. Old school shisha methods, massive tradi bowl packed to the brim, coal on foil, with a traditional KM underneath.

Great Caffè ,you need to order a shisha to sit there otherwise they'll refuse to accommodate you. I had a Karak Chai which wasn't really a Karak chai 😂. But the atmosphere is great and they have a very good heating system so you won't feel cold at all.

I didn’t order food but was looking for a wholesome Shisha experience but unfortunately the Shisha wasn’t that good as well. If you’re selling Shisha at a restaurant then for the price and service I’d say I gave 3 and it’s quite generous. And there’s a little dude don’t order through him.

Really nice place just what i wanted - not loud music but more of a cafe vibe, prices were reasonable, tea was really nice, shishas were off good quality but i did feel like they died out a bit quicker then i would have wanted or i am used to.

Delighted to share my experience at the Hookah Shisha Lounge! The diverse food menu offered delightful choices, complemented perfectly by the amazing hookah flavors. The vibe was welcoming, and the cozy environment made it an enjoyable experience overall. Highly recommend!

The 3 stars for food here are for the shisha, which was average, not out of the world. The atmosphere was quiet, which I enjoyed. There are too many sheesha cafes which are extremely noisy. Coffee was ok average, hence everything at 3 stars. I will opine on food when I have something to eat from here.

Yeaa this place is pretty good not going to lie. The venue is actually a lounge. It still technically complies with the UK's "no smoking inside" laws by having a gap between ceiling and wall at the edge of the room where sky comes through. But yea for all intents and purposes a delightful indoor shisha venue with fantastic shisha choices and flavours. Venue is clean, spacious, stylish and atmospheric. The staff are very nice and knowledgable about shisha. I think food is also served. I don't remember actually but I have a feeling it was. FANTASTIC drinks are on offer. POINTERS: --> No alcohols served probably due to licensing and/or muslim clientele HOWEVER fantastic mocktails are available. Lack of alcohol also means no rowdy drunks. There are also no annoying TVs anywhere with football... I remember there being soft atmospheric music only. You can actually do work here I saw people with laptops out it's like a very civilised little cafe. --> Hard to get UBER pickup from here HOWEVER you can get them to call taxi. It looked like a fairly legit taxi and price was good. --> They will not allow you to consume herbal cigarettes inside the venue, you have to go out to the street. EDIT 2023 Returned to Hookahs, still maintain excellent products, service and atmosphere throughout. Very impressive venue.

One of the better shisha places in Birmingham, very chilled out environment, good quality shishas and super helpful staff. They also have card/board games which is a plus. Music is at a good level unlike a lot of places so you don't have to shout at each other either.

Amazing food, shisha’s & service.. Been here a handful of times & they have never disappointed me. The smash burger is one definitely not to miss out on, pink lady shisha is my favourite! Highly recommend everyone to give them a try.. Ps. I travel all the way from Leicester to Birmingham to be at this place!!

By far one of the best shisha lounges in Birmingham, I go to a few each month and this is the one that I always come back to 👍

I occasionally come here and i cannot fault it, very reasonably priced, probably one of the better ones , the only thing i would say is as helpful as the staff are, it is probably not best practice to air your grievances amongst the customers, although i can understand the working conditions can be challenging, and some of the staff are quite young, despite this I would wouldn’t hesitate to come back again, sometimes the patrons can consist of groups of young men, who can be rowdy, which could be intimidating if you are a lady or with a lady, however this isn't nearly as bad as most places overall highly recommended!

Shisha is Haram, don't spend your money here

My first time coming to Hookah Shisha Lounge was amazing. I love the atmosphere and the staff are really friendly and laid back. They have the best chocolate fudge cake!!! Will definitely be returning. The vibe is unmatched.

Went to hookahs on a Friday night, quite busy but we got seated immediately. Great staff and very attentative. Ordered 2 shishas, they were good. Mojitos lacked the taste, but the price of everything was alright and great for the service. Would come back again.

First shisha place I have been to where it is normal for flavour to last for just 20 minutes, avoid at all costs Follow up to your reply Firstly we were a group of 5 not 3, rehead was offered if we paid. With you saying you only replace if it lasts 15 minutes just shows how poor you believe your quality is that you need to have such policies in place

Crap customer service gave us coal 35 mins, shisha was burnt out DIDNT even get an apology paid full price too despite being there for under 35 mins

Good quality sheeshas and drinks. I've had food too, the smash burger is good and served and presented nicely. Service is on point even when busy on weekend evenings. A nice mix of good customers, with no riffraff. Parking can be a challenge though.

I do not recommend this place. You can find much better places. When I came in, I chose a small table but it could fit three people, the staff told me If it gets crowded, we will have to move you to another table, when they show me the other table it was very small an uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place, the staff were rude, they treat people differently. When I came to this place wanting to enjoy my night, a member tried to put me away from the main area, he tried to put me in an isolated place. But I choose a small table that barely fits 3 people. And the dude member told me without hesitation that they will have to move me to a smaller table if it gets crowded. And this table was very tiny and uncomfortable, I was really mad about this and when I told him that I will leave, he was so happy that I decided to leave. What an awful place. Please do not visit this place. You can find other places who respects their customers.

Some Single or mixed flavours for beginners or intermediates, they provide Re-Heads service, customers can order second pot with lower prices, 6£,10£,12£ depends on what customers first ordered. The quality of their Shisha and service stick me to their loyal customer group.Everytime when I walk into the door, staffs give me warm greetings and lead me to the table I want to sit.Services are fast and high quality, staffs always forecast customers demand, walking frequently if the shisha is OK and helping customers exchange fresh charcoal.Staffs just treat customers like their families.Always try their best to satisfy customers demand. If you hungry, their tasty and supreme texture Arabic-fast food will stuff you also with worth prices. Anyway, I feel like at home in Middle-East environment.This is the place that I would definitely recommend to any Shisha amateurs

Went with a part of around twenty seated in a large private room. The sheesha flavours were very nice and varied in strength. The cocktails were tasty and well presented. Was a fun way to end the evening.

The only place I know where I can have sheesha in a cafe without feeling like I'm in a club. Although saying that they do begin to blast music when the night approaches.😧 Besides the pounding music, this place is nice. Also, the only shisha place in birmingham that has a 50/50 ratio of men to women. Probably because it is the only place I feel safe doing shisha outside.

Been to a few shisha places in Brum but this place is definitely in the top 3. The brothers are attentive, asking if everyone was okay, if we needed anything and changed the coals frequently without us needing to ask. We were also able to play with the few board games on display which was nice. The desserts were quite good too, having tried the cookie dough and milkshakes. Overall chill atmosphere, quick friendly service and good prices too !!! Will come again for sure Masha'Allah guys keep it up !

Lovely place very comfortable and not over crowded. Quick service and plenty of heaters around to keep you warm. Shisha started off really well and lasted around an hour or so. Afterwards the flavour began to drop off. From the shisha places in Birmingham this is definitely one of the better ones

I know my shisha and can comfortably say this place knows how to make a beautiful pipe. The atmosphere is relaxed, staff are very accommodating and it's not tacky like most shisha places in Bham. Will see you next time I'm in Bham. Please continue doing what you are and don't change a thing!

Shishas are okay. Not great. Service is average.

This place has no ventilation, no windows, no air conditioning to remove smoke blown out. You are trapped in a closed box room albeit large with stale old second hand smoke that you breathe in. It is a very unpleasant experience. They also let people smoke cigarettes indoors.

Came here for the first time with my sisters and was really happy with how great the customer service is; wish I took names for recognition. The pipes we ordered were made great - flavour lasted a very long time and didn’t burn at all. Constantly being checked up on to make sure everything was okay, very attentive for a lounge. Music choice was perfect - whole atmosphere is brilliant for a chilled out evening with no fuss. Will definitely be returning.

Great place. Never been to somewhere like this before but the lady who served us was absolutely amazing and really accommodating, even gave us some suggestions and recommendations as it was my first time trying anything like this. Would highly recommend going, even if you just wanna try it.

We randomly drove past one night and decided to park up and go in. Must say the staff was so welcoming, excellent experience and the cookie dough was to die for. 10/10

Best shisha place in Birmingham!! The staff are amazing the shisha is so good!! I got frozen blueberry and raspberry and it's banging ! You have to try the starburst milkshake. Been to most of the places in Leicester and they are average the rest of bham is okay but this place on the same level as the shisha in London that I love. If you're down London way go to Lamar shisha or huggamug.

The shisha and food are great, little pricier than usual but not much, mainly on food. Chair setup is more suited for eat in than sheesha and the cubicles seats are a little too upright to get comfy for sheesha. Great customer service and regularly had staff asking if we were happy and needed anything. Would recommend.

I have been here twice in the last couple of weeks. Shisha is excellent, but as is the societal norm, common sense is in short supply. On a Sunday at 2pm although the place is virtually empty, the robotic brain of the staff means they won’t put the 2pm Premier League match on to accommodate a customer. Why not? But they will put the later game on. It’s not as if the place was packed & they needed to accommodate everybody. May God re-engage and lubricate moronic brains.
