A warm, welcoming cafe with a lovely homely feel. My adult ESOL students and I were made to feel so welcome here and the students loved the coffee, the atmosphere, the comfortable seats, the friendly staff and the decor. A hidden gem in the heart of Balsall Heath.

Honestly today I ordered my dessert over the phone really good communication listened properly I missed out on delivery and I apologised to the place and the driver came even after the two deliveries and hsveia brilliant service The person at the shop offered me an ice-cream a new one as the other one wouldn't get melted and two fresh cold colds I'm really happy honestly I would definitely order every once a week as I love concrete cake 💕💖 thanks dessert king

Had the best burger ever at Flamin Patties. The burger was juicy and soft and flavourful. The customer service was also 10/10..was served by Hasna & Sami and had the best experience ever. Most definitely will be returning!!!

Miré este lugar durante más de un año, pero siempre pasaba por allí. Hoy fue nuestra primera visita. La dirección era brillante, así como todo el personal. Fueron capaces de satisfacer nuestras exigentes necesidades con amabilidad y positividad. Amplia selección en el menú incluso para mí. Buena vibra, decoración encantadora, nada demasiado problema Negativo... por no visitarme antes de hoy.

Tomé un sándwich de salchichas y un café con leche. Las salchichas estaban crujientes y exagerado el café con leche estaba fuera de un paquete y contenía azúcar a pesar de decir que no azúcar. Avoid.

Fantastic and unique products with excellent taste and variety. From on screen self service and excellent customer service I would definitely recommend. I love the brand name a cheeky but naughtea lol. No seriously I have tried other places but often have found not consistent. At NAUGHTEA every-time I have gone there the taste is as expected. I wish there were outlets in London as this would simply be the best.
