Walking the Ridgeway, tired and looking for a coffee and cake this cafe looked good. Coffee and cake were indeed good but the reception and attitude of the lady manager was terrible. We were told of

I love out locks, it’s a proper local , with local people and local beer and they allowed visitors too, make sure your there Friday for the burgers !

They do a very good breakfast. It's definitely worth a visit.

Beer well maintained, good food (particularly Sunday lunches) and great prices - no complaints here.

My friend and I visited for lunch. We’re both vegetarian and they had several options to choose from. Food was delicious, and the service was very friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back again
