Visited this Costa to get a drink and something sweet. Staff are all really friendly and I felt very welcome. I was served swiftly despite it being busy and left with a smile on my face.
Staff extremely pleasant, served promptly with a well made coffee. Fairly clean, plenty of seating. Not overly saturated with the laptop/free WiFi/no drink brigade!

Nice mid morning snack But --- annoying that there was NO Saucer with my cup of coffee!
I asked for one only to be told they don't have any!!!
So coffee spilled on to tray.
Puts me off going to M&S
