Excellent service very friendly staff. Food really tasty good and there was a good choice on menu. Exceptionally clean place. Would return and recommend to others to visit.

5 stars simply isn’t enough. Perfect service. Every dish was incredible. So accommodating, friendly and professional. If you’re visiting Penrith like we were and are looking for somewhere to dine, trust me, go here. And make sure you ask to try their olives!

I have visited this place many many times. Because it is the very best. The breakfast is fit for a king, the ambience is lovely and the staff and welcoming and wonderful. The deli itself is like a classic high end deli with the sort of fascinating foods you can’t really get anywhere. It’s a beacon of delight in a world of bland mediocrity. I just hope it finds the clientele that deserve it. People who cherish an affordable but better experience.also an absolutely first class breakfast. I’ve eaten all around this town and there is none to hold a candle to it.

We visited Penrith 'Costa Coffee' on Thursday morning 19th September. Actually I arrived 5 minutes or so before my three friends and ordered my latte. As usual I was greeted by friendly, chatty but business-like counter staff . Later, my friends arrived some of whom have mobility issues and no sooner had they arranged seating and sat down ... then a member of staff called "Kirsty" appeared, unprompted, at the table (it's normally counter service) to take orders and then bring coffees & chocolate drinks directly to the table. The considerate attitude of Kirsty & other members of staff is a credit to Penrith 'Costa Coffee' and means that we will continue to be regular customers in future. A big thanks to Kirsty & others! Would have gave it 0 if I could... the worst pub in town 2 people behind bar on sat nite and waiting over 25 mins for a micro meal... Terrible serive shocking staff and place looks like a bomb has went off
