The staff that work here are lovely and friendly. Morgan is always bubbly and jolly and makes you feel welcome. 😀😀. I've brought my sister here in the summer, we had toasted sandwich and coffee which was lovely food. Worth a visit.

Really nice food and well presented, the guy who works there was very pleasant making the experience all the more better, if you like quiet cool and cosy its a good shout

I went with 2 friends for lunch. Staff were very welcoming food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

The overall experience in the shop was pleasant! The staff member was friendly and even rang the owner to confirm which pastries etc were vegetarian and which ones were not. However, when I reached home to tuck into the Mille-feuille i had bought, I was extremely disappointed! The chantilly cream was definitely not fresh and the pastry was dry and stale. Given we were assured that all patisserie products were fresh, it definitely was a waste of £4.60! I’m just frustrated that despite us paying so much, the food was not fit to eat and the majority had to be thrown away!

Really couldn’t ask for a better atmosphere, or place to eat. I take my children often (3, 5 & 8) and they refer to the cafe as ‘the nice man cafe with the BEST omelette ever!) and that says it all really. For the kids to recognise the level of commitment to making customers feel so welcome, makes it a great place. Honestly you couldn’t get better hosts, a more welcoming group of staff or yummier food. We love it here!

The shop is closed for a year now according to the staff from next shop that the owner was retired a year ago.

Food is always brilliant! One of our fav places to grab lunch from. 10/10!!

Always fresh food & best sausage rolls I’ve had it just closes to early & sell out of things very early so need to order in the morning if you don’t want to be disappointed because they have sold out of what you want

Teething difficulties post lockdown but a friendly family café with a nice bustling atmosphere and good food at reasonable prices. Kids love it.

Visited for my 2nd time with a Vegan friend. The menu looked wonderful we were late for 12midday cut off for Vegan breakfast...after much debate back and forth they agreed to cook a Vegan breakfast, despite full Vegan coming out with Halluomi cheese on it ( which we know the just removed it and brought same plate of food back out) it was delicious. I do feel with my friends health conditions where she can't drink anything cold from their fridges, trying to get a room temp bootle of water ' was impossible ' so she had a glass of tap water. When we collected our coats in the bottom of this coat cupboard were loads of bottles of water "room temperature " lol... busted... I did feel they were very resentful... I then, when they cleared our plates, I asked for another latte to be told,' We're closing soon and we've already turnt the coffee machine off'.... woo really while customers are still at their tables.... service levels and customer relations need a bit of attention... £30 quid later!

What a difference 😞. Guess it was near closing time, but even still, they disappointed. What was my to go to place, for a lovely hot chocolate is no longer holding that accolade, what they gave me was barely just hot water with a dusting of chocolate, vile. It was no better than dishwater. The quality has gone. How quickly you can gain, or lose customers. Nero's and Costa ain't much better, just hot water basically. Will stick with Simon's, at the tennis centre.

Late night pop in but yes , very much my cup of tea. 🙏🏻👍 Shall ensure to eat next time

Booked a table to meet up with friends for a pre-christmas lunch. We were made to feel welcome and the service was quick considering there were a couple of large groups in for their Christmas lunch. Kerri and Drew kept us hydrated - fab team 😁🎄
