Absolutely lovely staff in all parts of the show room and café, can't fault them definitely the best showroom by a long shot for customer service.

It was quiet for a Friday lunch. On arrival several tables had not been cleaned away and there was quite a bit of food on the floor. Not a great first impression. My order came quickly. The flat white was closer to a latte and the veg ciabatta was tasty but not outstanding. Someone did attempt to clear the tables but none were sprayed or wiped down and there were still bits left on the table (sugar, bits of paper). The floor was left unswept. The table I sat at was sticky. I was probably not the target customer as most others were students. It was all just a bit grubby and I left feeling disappointed and wouldn't return.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch - first time I've tried Romanian cuisine. Absolutely delicious, particularly the lamb and the garlic potatoes. Excellent value too.

We visited here for a late night Dessert, they were due to close however kindly stayed open for us around 11.00pm on a Sunday. There’s a wide range of Desserts to choose from, presentation is good and staff are really professional and friendly. Most importantly the price is so much cheaper than Heavenly Desserts and worth the visit, highly recommend this place.

Came for breakfast with daughter to pass time as travelled to Loughborough for orthodontist appointment. Staff at the bar rude when we ordered. Both breakfasts came out to which we sent both back one because scrambled eggs were so watery they were not edible and the other had a hair one it! I picked up the hair, asked my daughter is this mine (it was short and brown and my hair is long and blonde) so I placed it back down. Rude waitress came back with one fresh breakfast and said mine wouldn’t be replaced or refunded as I was seen on cctv planting the hair! I absolutely would not! I asked them to show me the cctv as this was clearly a lie for them to refuse and also refuse to even speak to me! DO NOT GO HERE
