Friendly staff but bother to ask if I’d like cream or marshmallows with the hot choc. It’s pretty standard.

Very helpful staff in the restaurant especially Claire who's first day was today. She even tied my mums shoe lace as mum struggles to bend due to back difficulties. Long wait for tea and coffee though.
