The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in England

my name is Giuseppe and sometimes i shop at the tesco , afterwards i relax with a coffee at the. bar above. this time it was not a moment of relaxation as I asked for a double decaf macchiato and it was given to me in a small single espresso cup with some milk foam on top, to which I told the girl and a another barrista that double coffee I preferred to have it longer and in a bigger cup but was told flatly that this was their double coffee and they had no intention of changing it. I didn't have the coffee and I gave him the cost of the coffee that I had already paid, a bad service done by unprofessional staff, I think I will hardly return

Booked by mistake - hotel was completely unreasonable when I requested a refund for my mistake. Was even willing to meet half way and have only a partial refund to accommodate their inconvenience… but “computer said no!”

Only ever set foot in this pub once in the Summer. Seemed friendly enough. However reports of a lull in beer supplies is not really very good for a local is it. Needs some TLC I think. This place should be the place where everyone wants to be. It should be standing out with lively hanging baskets etc and be appealing. At the moment as you drive through the village - It's not showing us in a very good light to be honest. All closed up and in darkness all the time. Makes our village look drab and uninviting to be honest.

This place should be closed down What can I say? Old croissants, untrained staff, dirty pots everywhere, incredibly slow service. Incredible menu - if only they could deliver!

Lovely view of the golf course and a very nice atmosphere within the bar area. Unfortunately as I state in the title the breakfast was abysmal. Lady who served us was extremely helpful and nice but we wouldn’t be back again for food. It’s a shame because the place is great but I think they need to look at the quality of the food they buy in !!!

Called in for a coffee and a snack to take away. Bearing in mind we are still in the throes of a global pandemic... Man serves me a pleasant latte, but no gloves are worn. It’s okay, I can sanitise the lid. Hands woman assistant the plate with flapjacks on for her to bag one up for me. (Why not do it himself??). She picks up the flapjack WITH HER FINGERS (no gloves) and puts it in a paper bag. No serviette, no frills. I almost refused it, but British politeness caused me to walk away with it. Certain I wasn’t going to eat it anyway, I looked at the flapjack... there is a piece of turquoise nail varnish on top!!!! YUCK!!! 🤢. I fed it to the nearest bin.

What can I actually say about this little cafe , well I would start with saying AVOID THIS PLACE. Me and my wife thought we would pop in one morning (11am time) to have a little something to eat, my wife ordered a poached egg with a side of mushrooms and some toast, my wife’s food came 1st and as she was tucking in she found a long hair in her mushrooms so I called the man over to show him, again her food came before mind only to sit there and see my breakfast getting put in the microwave to be heated back up then the fried bread I ordered been taken out the the deep fat fryer. When we both got our food it was swimming in grease which we soaked up with the napkins provide. The woman behind the counter was serving food and organising it on people’s plates with her bare hands after using a dish cloth to wipe down the sides, she also had no hair net or even bothered to tie her hair back she was the one putting people’s food on there plates and she was bending up and down for things wafting her hair around, she knew I wasn’t happy as she came over apologised for the hair and even said. “ I’m sorry about that I haven’t even had time to tie my hair back today” even tho they had already been open for Atleast 2-3 hours. After paying and leaving we went on our way, only for me to pass the cafe 2 hour’s later and get stuck at the lights that’s near the cafe to see this same woman with her hair back down (not tied back) so I knew what she told me was just a lie. Iv also passed a few days ago to see this same woman stood with her back towards the window to see yet again her hair was not tied up or no hair net etc. This place needs a deep clean and also I believe staff should be wearing the right appropriate wear for working with food.

We. Spent £15.57 for 2 coffees and a snack. The service was bad. We were ignored while standing waiting to be served. The table and floor was dirty, I had to ask for it to be cleaned, it was eventually cleaned but just with a tissue no fluid. The staff attitude was very poor, they had no idea of how to provide customer service, they were very arrogant, like they were doing us a favour by being there . The atmosphere was dull. We will defiantly it return there.

After I ordered my food the young lady asked me if I want bag and i firstly said no, after i said yes please because i realised I cannot carry all the stuff and she laughed with her curly hair colleague and looked at me like she is above me, which certainly she is not . As a customer assistant this shouldn’t be happening as I can ask her for 10 bags and for her to scan them one by one and she shouldn’t complain or make fun of the client . At the end of the day that is why she is being payed for- to serve the customers. Definitely unacceptable behaviour and would not go again in there ! My local bakery at addiscombe have wonderful and friendly staff, but this wanna be queens should find a suitable jobs for themselves!

This is my first review on tripadvisor, and well needed as the service is atrocious. I ordered a birthday cake 2 weeks ago, choosing a delivery slot of 8-12. While on the school run, I receive a 15min warning that the delivery will be attempted. We of course cannot make our way back so quickly and end up missing the driver. Now I have paid for the cake and have a zoom birthday planned, but no cake. Thank you Cutter and Squidge for ruining my husband’s birthday. DO NOT ORDER!

Miserable rude staff with bad attitude. A great example of how not to treat or speak to customers. They clearly don't like enjoy their job and talk to customers in a manner that reflects this.

Every time I walk by the back of this place it stinks of dog poo! God knows what it's like on the inside if I can smell it from the street! I'd dread to think when it rains where that's dripping in to 🤢
