Had a afternoon tea voucher to spend here, got a call to say they have sold the business and to come with the voucher and collect my afternoon as they finished at 4pm I asked the owner if I could just have my money returned of 25.00, he was really aggressive and said no I don’t what to give you the money, his wife just walked away and his daughter I think was having her say as well. I was disgusted with there attitude to me I have been in there numerous times, if anyone else has vouchers unused you have till 4pm today 27 nov to get your afternoon tea angry horrible people they are, hope they don’t have a good retirement

OMG! This little shop of delight is just AMAZING. Picked up a special treat for my partner and it was amazing. Had to buy some caramel Cornflake Brownie.....If you haven't tried it....DO IT. I tried their lemon meringue fudge today too....OH MY GOSH! This is not the place to go if you are on a diet....So many wonderful treats and I have never been disappointed.

Found this little gem by chance. Lovely staff, seem to know all their customers by name. Food & value excellent.

One of my favourite cafes for really lovely, good quality food. Lovely sandwiches and jacket potatoes with plentiful fillings and the most beautiful cakes and scones. All beautifully presented. It raises money for their charity which is a bonus. If you're a group it might help to book as it can get full up. Nice friendly atmosphere.

This is a must go to cafe. The staff are lovely, the place is spotless and the choice of food and drinks is perfect. Today was just tea a cake, but as always, everything was excellent. The owner was away, and we were looked after by 3 young ladies who know customer service but with a personal touch too. They all wished mum a happy birthday. 5 stars isn't enough, it's that good. What a fabulous little find! The Hidden Tap is small inside with lots of character. They have a lovely outside area with a log burner and pretty lights. My husband and our dogs sat outside toasty warm on a Novembers night. The staff were so friendly and made sure the logs were topped up on the fire and our beer and wine glasses. The Hidden tap is a must to visit.

What a great cafe. Relaxed, cosy atmosphere. Good coffee and cakes. The lunch menu looked good too. It was a real treat to have an excellent pianist playing when we arrived. Lots of art displayed and adverts for upcoming music events - just wished we lived closer.

Walking around Coleford and thought I would try this coffee house, well I wasn't disappointed amazing coffee and great, friendly staff. I will definitely be visiting again.

We ordered from here for work! I have coeliac disease so it was lovely to see such an amazing range of gluten free options! The food was incredible and really made my day! There’s not much places around here for gluten free but this is definitely now my number one place to get from! Thank you for doing such a great job and making me feel appreciated! :))

No se desanime porque Ginger Nuts dice que es parte de un salón de belleza. El salón de té y el salón de belleza son dos salas diferentes, con dos entradas diferentes. La parte del salón de té es muy bonita. Bonita chimenea que tenía un efecto de quemador de leña acogedor fuego encendido. Tomamos un té con deliciosos pasteles caseros. Delicioso. El personal fue amable y atento. No puedo esperar para ir de nuevo.

Hidden little gem, really cool staff and the coffee and bagels are fantastic. Perfect location for just chilling and people watching.
