Clean Lean Fit Food in St. Helens

I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for some good food!! Me and my partner had delicious fresh meals and staff were so nice!! 100% great food

Been going to fitfood for a couple of years now and ive never had a bad meal, always been a mouth sensation. From weekly prep meals to breakfast and popping in now an then for dinner to sit in. Always been bang on. The protien brownies and cheesecakes will soothe your soul. Been to a few prep type healthy meal establishments over the years and there all the same - prettry drab, piece of lettuce, dry. Like a box of asbestos. Fit foods quite the opposite, good portion size and i never get bored or feel like im eating chicken and dust from under the couch in crystals like all the others. Give them a bash, they won't disappoint.

Best healthy food that doesn’t make you feel like your eating healthy due to the quality and taste of the dishes produced! All staff are friendly and nice to talk to and very helpful. Nice Modern environment to be in. I visit every day
