Enjoyed the experience. Beautiful area to eat, light and airy. Outside area is very nice too. The older gentleman made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Staff very helpful and informative.

A lovely relaxing atmosphere, sat outside with coffee and a sandwich in the sun. Staff are extremely pleasant, and nothing was too much trouble. So nice to see the place open again.

I know it as the World of Glass cafe. The same customers every time I visit, always a good sign that service is good.

My friend and I decided to try here for lunch and we were so glad we did. The food was homemade and absolutely delicious. I had braised steak and it was as good as my Nan’s. The portion sizes are generous yet the prices are really reasonable and the service is quick if you’re on a lunch break like us. The cafe and the shop are open to anyone. You don’t need to be going to the museum.

This is, IMHO, the best place for lunch in St. Helens. Excellent soups. They do main meals also which look good. Coffe is a weakness, but tea is good. It is in World of Glass which is a good museum and also houses an interesting art gallery and an excellent shop if you are looking for something a bit different. You need to pay to access the museum but not to use the other things mentioned.

Super Cafe and very super cheap prices in a super canal side location. Lots of goodies on the menu from cakes, snacks to main meals ...... summat for everyone here. TIP: you can see tons of stuff here for free without paying the £8 entrance fee. There are are free galleries with exhibitions and glass, the artisan gift shop is a must and the glass is very reasonably priced and the cafe is one of the best around ..... supa meeting place. Highly recommended for visiting.

A really friendly welcome. Food for my intolerant wife and attention to detail. I really enjoyed my sausages and onions. With broccoli, carrots, chips and gravy. All washed down with a pint of Wychwood Hobgoblin Gold.

This cafe is inside the World of Glass but can be, and should be used non-visitors. A very spacious, bright location overlooking the canal. We had a pre-booked full Christmas dinner which was superb and great value. Served at the fully laid out table by lovely staff. Or you could choose to pop in for coffee/tea and/or a light lunch at any time. Well worth a visit for a rest and 'refueling'

Arrived at 12.00 and was told there was a 45 minute wait. No problem and there was an empty table for two. We asked a member of staff for coffees while we waited. A lovely young girl, who when my friend asked her told us she is 14, came and took our food order, which came well within the 45 minutes. We were both going to have Royale Eggs Benedict but no smoked salmon so we changed it to chorizo Benedict. It was delicious. I have been before and it’s always been good. The young waitresses are really attentive and their customer service is excellent.

Chips are class, bacon sausage and egg on toast is a must. Everything is cheep but absolutely delicious. Room is usually full of teenagers so a mix of sweat and ecigs fill the room. Wendy is really nice to talk to

Came here for the first time, usually go to Kaspas down the road but the service isn’t the best, the lad serving was really helpful and made us some amazing waffles! Doughnuts looked great too. My boyfriend got the mini s’mores cookie dough and it looked amazing, cute little shop everyone should try for a treat :)
