The people who served me was lovely as well as the lovely lady ag the counter. It was quite and the atmosphere is lovely and the food is just so amazing. Definitely give it a go!!! Especially if ypur a student as they do discounts

Really disappointing. Very different from the other branch. Both ladies were on their phones upon arriving. When asked what different types of proteins are available “chicken, beef or pork” was the response. There was no detail of the type of proteins (marinade/cooking type etc). Both workers had no idea what type of food they were serving which is very shocking for this sort of establishment.

Food was very tasty and served really nice. Stevie brings great and friendly atmosphere to this place! We spent very nice afternoon with my boyfriend and for sure we will come back again! Lovely experience!

Not my usual type of restaurant. Which reaffirmed why I don’t eat in places like this. Food was warm but massively underwhelming. I’m surprised that a brand can take such a traditionally tasty and flavoursome food and make it so bland. At £10 for a medium burrito with guacamole that was predominately rice, Tortilla needs to do better otherwise it will end up like every other awful branded operation in the UK. Service was meh as well. Machine like with zero personality.

Nice lunch spot with a good choice to choose from, not to expensive and great flavours!! Would 100% recommend the burgers 🍔 👌🏻

Tbh the bottomless brunch was good . Slow moving on the drinks initially . However it's not the young lady's fault . She was great . A table next to us suffered from unconscious bias and asked to move tables . Which at best was funny at worst just rude. Family sat next to us after and we're great . Team could do with more staff.

The workers did not seem to care about anyone’s food or order, I ordered a taco and it came all crunched up, they seem to put no effort into the orders at all.
