The best restaurants serving Mediterranean food in North West

Order was missing bread, salad and sauce for 1 of 2 kebabs. Phoned shop but guy was rude and unwilling to offer to deliver missing items even though they had been paid for. He then told me only one kebab comes with bread, salad etc???? Strange policy. In the end the guy was just making it up as he went along. Very poor. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Food arrived , cold poor quality, small portions and £1.00 for a tea spoon of ketchup. Over priced and disappointing. use another kebab shop if you can Donna

This place is so over rated its unbelievable. Its like London prices, but most people are on Burnley wages. I cant understand that they can get away with charging the prices they charge. They will use the same brewery as the rest of the pubs and clubs. And its the same wine that pubs and clubs use and they charge nearly 3 times more for the same drink just to pay their extortinate overheads. Their should be a ban on ripping customers off. 10 people having a meal and a couple of drinks £1,000!!!! absolutely rediculous

Had a really disappointing evening at Piano on Friday (3rd Jan). Both service and the food were okay but as it was a very quiet evening with only a dozen or so people in (we were 8 of those), I didn’t expect the issues we had. Our main problems were that one of the meals came wrong with the chef serving a dish with the wrong pasta - should have been a linguine dish but served spaghetti, a basic error. We also had one guest that wanted a salmon dish absolutely plain with no sauces (cream, etc). This was then served with a tomato sauce and were told that the chef thought the meal would be too dry! This was sent back to be redone but by the time this came back, the 7 other guests had almost finished their meals. All these issues were raised with staff at the time and on finishing the meals. We were then presented a bill that had additional dessert items on it that no one had. They gave us an amended bill but no adjustments for a wrong meal and multiple attempts to get one right. Bit disappointed overall, especially as they weren’t overrun so wouldn’t have expected the mistakes we had.

From the start it was a great feeling

We went pre theatre and whilst the service was good and the waiter/manager was lovely, the food was bland and badly cooked. I had the lambs liver..tasteless, which is quite an achievement plus half of it was raw, and I don't mean pink, I mean RAW. Followed that with the leek and asparagus risotto...well, however hard we searched we couldn't find the asparagus..again very bland, tasted like it has been cooked in water rather than stock. They realised that we weren't happy and did say come back and have a drink on them another time... Sorry guys we will not be coming back

Dinner was poor freezer to oven food, vegetarian limited options, breakfast ok but not prepared for the 8am opening which was late both our days there - staff polite but not sure why it was so disorganised. Had to request social distancing other than hand gel no other precautions taken.
