Crux Emporium in Bolton

Amazing Food, Service and Live Music (Brazilian Band), however I have to mention that the Bill came without being discounted the £20 deposit payed when the reservation was made and with an item I never asked or get it. No problem, it can happens and they sorted immediately. They never charged me the 2 Coffees, they were offered by the Very Friendly Manager. When I arrived home I noticed that they charged me 10% Optional Service charge, I was never informed or asked if I wanted to pay the “optional” 10% even when I told the manager to add £10 to the Bill (tip). OK, in a way it was also my fault, I need to look better to the Bills…..but…..!! I’m kinda disappointed with it, this after what it was a great night, as I mentioned in a place with Amazing Food served by the most Friendly Staff. Even so I’m gonna give the place 4 Stars….not 5 Stars Plus because of what I’ve described above that I want to believe it was a distraction or misunderstanding!!

La segunda vez que me he comido aquí. En mi primera visita tenía a la parrilla y ensalada y disfrutamos Haloumi mucho. Así que opté por el mismo ya que estoy viendo lo que comen. Tengo que decir que no me decepcionó.
