The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Lebanese food

The first time we ordered was because my 16 year old grandson wanted to try it. Ordered the box meal via the app and got a 25% discount. However, the food arrived and was not hot although once put into the oven to heat, it was fine, there was a good selection of char grilled meats with bread, rice and dips. The following week, we got together as a family of 4 at my daughter's and since she lives nearer to the takeaway, we figured the food would arrive hotter than last week so we gave it another try. We ordered again via the app at 6.15 pm and got the £40 meal for £30. After an hour when the food didn't arrive I called and was told they would sort it out and call me back. I waited another 30 mins and called again. This time I was told there was no order for delivery at the address . It transpired that my daughter had made a mistake when ordering and paying with my card, that she had changed the delivery address from mine (the billing address) to hers, but hadn't changed the postcode and the delivery driver had gone to my empty home at Southwick instead of Pennywelll!. I asked the lady from the establishment what would happen now and she said ther was nothing she could do as it was our mistake. By then the money had been taken from my bank account! My argument was then, when the delivery driver got no reply at my empty home, why didn't they then ring us, they had the telephone number, then the whole sorry mess could have been sorted sooner?! They then agreed to deliver the food to the actual address we wanted it delivered to but again it didn't arrive! After another hour and a further 3 or 4 phone calls iwas told the driver was 3 minutes away, he didn't actually arrive until half an hour later and you've guessed it, by this time the food really was stone cold! I won't be ordering again!

Si el lugar se ocupa el dueño desaparece. La pobre camarera está allí dejado por su cuenta - la comida se deja para que ella entregue al propietario solo lo deja allí para enfriarse cuando está en. La pobre chica cuando está ocupada se precipita de sus pies. Cómo el propietario logra tener todavía otros negocios en otro lugar mendigar la creencia. Ella había tenido muchas peleas con los clientes. Me pregunto si puedo contenerme antes de que el lugar cierre ya que ella ha sido tan grosera con nosotros. Echa un vistazo a tu actitud. Empezó tan bien.

I honestly don’t know how can they let people like that run a food place. I am convinced the meat I was served was not lamb. I just hope it wasn’t a horse or dog meat or even humans to be honest. It was vile. Absolutely vile. The meat had thick and an hairy texture that I have never in my entire eating time. Gross 🤮! The chicken was the same! I only ordered because it has 5 food hygiene rating. Bizarre! I wouldn’t even give them zero. It must shut down until it improves.

Muy triste. Vino aquí antes y la comida era fresca y sabrosa En esta ocasión todo estaba rancio y recalentado y la carne estaba dura como una roca y caliente. Definitivamente era viejo. La paratha era dura y cuerda y el arroz no estaba fresco. Muy decepcionado sobre todo después de esperar una hora a que llegara la comida fría rancia. Quería patatas fritas también, pero le dijeron después de una hora que la freidora de patatas estaba rota. Nunca más vendré aquí.

Hice una reserva para hoy solo para aparecer en un lugar que no existe. Solo letreros que dicen próximamente.

Solo estaba aquí para tomar un café expreso, que sabía demasiado terroso para mi gusto, estaba aguado con una crema delgada y débil, y estaba claro que la máquina de café necesitaba calibración porque el café molido también llegó. No se pudo terminar el espresso. No recomendado.

We come regularly for shisha and collected 7 stamps as part of their loyalty scheme. We came for our 7th shisha which should be free however we were told this scheme has now been scrapped. Absolute poor service, they do not value customers or loyalty at all. Not worth coming back. No real vibe, always empty.

We ordered take away food from this restaurant via Uber Eats. They cancelled the order after we had placed the order. This was not communicated to us and was not visible on the app and we sat and waited for the delivery for an hour before trying to investigate why it hadn’t arrived; only to find that they had cancelled the order. This is unacceptable for a restaurant to cancel an evening meal for a family and not give any notice that they were doing so. I will never order from this restaurant again and would recommend against anyone else doing so.
