Yesterday I was surprised by the staff service. The prices and the sweets are good but unfortunately the staff are very rude. They treated me as if I’m buying for free. One of the girls was very very rude and even she didn’t give me the chance to choose what I want and when I tried to tell her the sweets I want, she pretended that she doesn’t hear me although I knocked on the glass many times to let her look at me but no point even though the gentleman who was in the queue behind me complained about her service because he saw her ignorance for the customers. When I told her to change the sweets, she started to throw it in the tray and came back to me shouting “What do you want what do you want”. I was really shocked because I have never seen a service such as this one. One more time, I don’t have any problem about the quality of the food and sweets but my problem is with the service. The girl was short and she puts an eyelashes.
