The best restaurants serving Italian food in South Eastern NI

Very poor dining experience. Don't think I have ever left a negative review of a restaurant before. Came home and specifically set up an account so I could write this review. I ordered a dish and got something that had a similar name but was very different. Initially I wondered if I had made the mistake. However it was definitely the restaurants fault, as what I had ordered was on the receipt. Initially when I was paying the staff member refused to acknowledge the mistake. I returned to the restaurant and they did admit it was their mistake. They apologised then. I expected to get something off or some recompense, as the food I received would not have been something I would ever have ordered. A very disappointing dining experience. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

The flat white was great. Had the lemon blueberry bread and it didn’t particularly wow me. The atmosphere of the place is really nice to sit and relax while you enjoy your beverage or treat.

Lovely place, highly recommend for vegans. James the chef is amazing as coming up with recipes for vegans, I had a breakfast and have to say it was the nicest breakfast I've ever had. All the food he cooks is amazing. I'd hire him as my personal chef if I could. Great place, nice and chilled out atmosphere.

Honestly an overall poor experience. Had a table booked for 12pm, arrived 5 minutes early to be told by a young rude man to leave and come back in 10 minutes. After returning, taken to a table and had to wait over 20 minutes before drinks being brought to the table, which we then had to tell the boy we would like to order food. We were a party of 5 (3 children) and only 3 main courses came to the table with 2 of the children’s meals coming 5 minutes after. Mozzarella sticks were barely warm, chips were obviously bought in frozen, and the food itself was average. We weren’t checked during the meal, nor asked after if we enjoyed the food. The food I could live with, but the service was just so so poor. Unfortunately won’t be back.

One of the better stores…. Feel sorry for the staff dealing with the tripe of Holywood. Poor staff must suffer PTSD from serving the swill of energy vampires and over entitlement of people coming here. Staff always helpful and kind, coffee is well made always.

I love it. Always good food at a reasonable price. Can't recommend enough. I mostly order the BBQ chicken calzone with some extras. Always hits the spot

Never fails to satisfy... always lovely food and very helpful staff. Definitely recommend the burgers.

Ordered tonight and food didn't arrive and not the first time this has happend

I was charged for an online pizza order on a day that the pizza place was actually closed. Our order on the website went through OK, my wife went to collect, to find that the pizza place was closed. The money was duly debited from my account, and I received an e-mail some time the following evening advising me that my pizza was ready for collection (approx. 24 hours later, at which point I no longer desired a pizza). I have tried e-mailing multiple times without response. The phone number listed on the website doesn't work. Next stop: Trading Standards.
