The food was delicious, however sat and waited for half an hour for dessert menu while 3 waitresses sat around chatting at the front desk- very rude

Phoned ahead for a table for 3. We were told no need to book - come on ahead. When we arrived, there was no seats. We tried to explain that we'd phoned ahead and were told they don't take bookings for 3 people only for 6+. The manager didn't apologise for the inconvenience and could have been more courteous. We were regulars here, but won't be back. People skills and manors are just as important as good food.
