The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

We’re here for new years meal paid £60 each for a set meal got there at 7:45 got our starter at 8:15 really nice then we waited and waited till we had to ask the waitress were our mains were it was now 9:45 she came back said yours is next in about 10 mins we spoke to manager who said one of the chefs had gone to A&E we said no one had even been out to apologise for the delay which would have been more acceptable than being kept waiting when the meal came my mums lamb was tough and my sisters ravioli looked like a child’s portion while we weren’t being served 2 tables that came after us had had all there courses and yes they did give us a free round of drinks a little gesture but still didn’t make up for putting a dampener on our night all it would have taken was for a sorry it’s delayed

The sandwhiches are amazing- tasy and fresh. Had in-perskn take away three times and the quality was consistent. In the future I’d like to sit down too as the place looks welcoming

Whilst staying at the Premier Inn Hanger Lane for a gig at Wembley we were looking for a quick and easy early dinner . Palm Pizzeria was the ideal choice , handy to collect , very quick service , reasonably priced but most of all very tasty

We have visited Roots on a regular basis since we moved to Horsell three and a half years ago. We have always had excellent food and service, so we were sorry to discover that they are closing due to a huge increase in rates. We shall miss our visits and the delicious food.

The best pizzas in Poole, maybe in all of Dorset. Superb service, great value and a lovely place too. 4 of us took 2x 20" pizzas - highly recommend the lamb!

Great pizza served quickly and hot..very helpful and friendly staff..Been 3 times now and always perfect..would like a few more mushrooms maybe..😉

Stopped in on the off chance before we went to the cinema. 2 starters, 2 pizzas, side order of chips, Coke and a bottle of perroni....£29! The pizzas were lovely and a real nice place to sit. Thoroughly recommend to get a bite before the cinema

I raved about this place to my husband but we were both disappointed, they have changed the menu and I was looking forward to my previous chicken dish with mushroom sauce and pasta but it wasn't on and the replacement wasn't as good,my husbands chicken was stringy The service was lovely and the staff very efficient

Having not been well for a while we remembered what great food we had at Galeleos So after an absence of 2 years we revisited for my first evening outing in a long time and it was great, food great, atmosphere and service. Hopefully this will again be a regular destination really is a hidden gem

El café es barato y los expresos más auténticamente italianos que encontrarás en Londres. La mayoría del personal italiano que es sonriente y servicial. Hay una pequeña gama de productos italianos, almuerzo disponible y deliciosos sándwiches. No soy fan de las pastas, pero entonces esto es una tienda de sándwiches / delicatessen / café y no una Pasticcería. Mi lugar favorito para ir como local en Holland Park

Qué pequeño restaurante encantador en la concurrida Holloway Road. La masa de pizza fue una de las mejores que he probado (¡y he tomado algunas pizzas!). Servicio amable y rápido. Muy recomendable.

Yo vivo a la vuelta de la esquina de este lugar y que ha demostrado ser un éxito masivo con la familia y amigos que han venido a visitar. El personal es siempre amable y la calidad de la comida es fantástica, las pizzas en un éxito con todo el mundo que he tomado aquí. Este lugar es excelente, una joya escondida en Camberwell New Road. Sin duda recomendaría a cualquiera que esté buscando un fantástico italiano a un precio muy razonable!

The Fab in FabRico is true. Cappuccino so much nicer than large chain coffee shops. Fab decor, cakes looked fab and a fantastic little room for a quiet chat at the rear of cafe.
