Great service! The food is all fresh from Italy and they make their own pasta. The coffee is inexpensive, the pastries are perfection, and the food is high quality!

I keep coming back, as the staff are always amazingly friendly, the coffee is always great, and the food is fantastic. It’s my ‘go-to’ coffee shop, and there are always friendly regulars in there too. I always take friends and family from out of town, and they’re always impressed. I highly recommend La Piccola.

I have been a loyal customer of your stores for the past 5 years, I have time and again received greatservice at La Piccola Deli which is one of the main reasons I shop at your store. But to my surprise, last week , I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your Deli, I made the purchase of my week groceries, and headed towards the cash counterto pay for them. The person at the counter, who was named Daria When I asked her to make The bill, apparently totaled up to more than I expected, so I asked her to recheck it.Instead, she talked to me very rudely, and told me that if I did not like the prices, I could take mybusiness elsewhere. I was appalled at such behavior, and have a good mind to take my business elsewhere as suggested. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. I have been going to this place very often for 4.5 years , today I had the worst coffee, the new girl there need to be friendly and know well that this is London and treat all race nicely and friendly , not necessarily need to adore people but for the sake of good customer service , smile of her face would be nice too . This particular person sold me an overpriced cold latte plus bitter taste just like reused from previous client , I went there to tell her but she has cold attitude not even “ I am sorry I will give you one for free as good gesture , not that I wanted god dam free late , it very disrespectful to rip people off and yet be cold about it . The previous team were fantastic they did their job , I could drop a tenner just to see their smile never mind over priced coffee they were still nice I hope the only went for holiday and they return soon . For the time being myself and my friends even my boss non of us will going there !

It is small with only a handful of tables to sit at inside. However, there is a good selection of cakes / pastries. Ate in for brunch - quick service and food.

This deli is a wonderful, dog friendly place to eat during the day. I love the breakfast choices here. It’s also a great lunch spot- pasta of the day is always delicious and there are many favourites on the menu too. If you don’t have room for dessert you can always pick up some treats to take home with you. Value for money, friendly staff and delicious food all make this small deli worth a visit

Fab little deli in Holland park - all home made food from the kitchen downstairs and the best Lemon + Rosemary cake IN the world ! ask Stella for one of her special cappuccinos...

Heading straight from Holland Park into this lovely place ran by Tony and his team. We are a bunch of 10 people, 4 kids included and we are welcome with smile and friendliness. Delicious home made lasagna and various kinds of ravioli. Hard to choose really! Cappuccino to die for! Kids happy with raspberry and strawberry tarts too! Absolutely perfect, served fast and in such a nice setting! Thank you so much!!!!

We discovered the La Piccola by chance this afternoon. We stopped in for a browse of the vast range of delicious foods, we decided to stay for a cappuccino which then turned into lunch. Scrambled eggs with parma ham and toast, really nice

If an Italian coffee shop is good enough for ten to fifteen happy chatty Italian mummies to frequent after dropping off their charges at school every day, it's good enough for me. Actually, it's more than good enough as I have never quite had coffee like this especially when Simone the barista maestro is at the controls. Cramped, quirky and noisy (sometimes) this is a perfect place of refuge from London. A fabulous array of cakes and savoury snacks as well as proper meals. The staff seem to stay more or less the same which says something about the employers as well. So, thank you Piccola Deli - you really do help me through my working day... see you soon (about 11AM).
