The best restaurants serving Italian food in Wiltshire South West

Best pizza I've had in the UK hands down, very reasonable prices, staff are always happy and treat you as a friend. Massive shame that they appear to struggle to stay afloat in the current economic climate. Would be a huge loss to the Salisbury food scene if they close for good.

The best artisan pizza I've ever had! The Slinky Fox is a must try if you haven't before! They're based in Old Sarum and do pop-ups and events so keep your eye out for them!

Have ordered pizza on a Friday night a few times from Dylan, when I have been down visiting family near Marlborough, I opt to collect as I am outside the delivery area, but they do local delivery (you just need to check your postcode with them). If I make it back without having a cheeky bite - it's a rare occasion. It smells so good, I can't resist. The classic Margherita is my fave, but my fiancé loves the Nduja sausage :-) We love the garlic bread too, really buttery and actually tastes of real garlic! From his Baking Shed, Dylan also does Bread on a pre-order basis - so we buy a loaf and collect it with our Pizza! Win! Win! - saves me going out on Saturday morning.

Had a fantastic lunch at Antico Caffe WTA, 6 family members. Food and service was exceptional, the linguine carbonara was outstanding. So delicious. Highly recommended👍🏻 @highlight

We have only just moved to the area. Our first take away and it was fantastic. Arrived exactly on time, the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered far too much...but that just meant lunch for the next day! Definitely going to go there/take out again!

Sunday lunch, traditional roast. Very good sized meal with plenty of meat. Not as hot as it could have been. Pleasant enough but doubt would order again. The Italian food being served to diners around us looked superb. Will definitely return to try the Italian food.

We dropped in for a quick lunch today and were impressed by the warm welcome and great service by the staff. My soup with meatballs and home made ciabatta bread was delicious! My husband's pizza was perfectly made...fresh ingredients and generous. I would have given five stars if I could have a decaffeinated coffee. Nevertheless we will return! Go check it out!😎

We’ve been to Nerano many times since it was taken over by Adriano. Always friendly service and great Italian food. Despite problems earlier in the afternoon with electricity supply last night, his staff managed so well and somehow kept the meals coming, once all utilities in the road were repaired. This allowed the majority of people who booked to be catered for. Always smiling, continual attention to their customers, and always great food. Definitely worth booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Fabulous food last night. This restaurant is just what Devizes needed.

My daughter and I stopped and had a coffee and snack here when passing through Devizes last Friday. I was pleasantly surprised that the coffee was of an amazingly high standard - they offer "Proper" coffee and it really was. We also had a freshly cooked snack too that was lovely. And the service was lovely, really friendly. We can't recommend The Italian Job coffee enough. 5 star plus rating.

We stayed in Bradford 6 nights and this was the only restaurant we ate dinner at more than once. The ambiance inside and out is charming. Our service was friendly and attentive but not overbearing, absolutely wonderful. Our meals included starters and main courses and all were excellent. The pizzas are large enough to be split between a couple, and supplemented with starter(s). Entree portions are not too large. Everything was very fresh and prepared perfectly. Sadly we had no room for dessert. Great for couples looking for a romantic night out or groups. We hope to return!

Ate here multiple times during my stay in Amesbury and every meal was delicious. Wether the pizza, salmon, cheesecake or any of the pasta dishes, everything was fresh and prepared perfectly!

I had an amazing experience at Castello in Warminster. The food was authentic and bursting with flavor, and the service was outstanding. The warm atmosphere made it perfect for a cozy evening out.

Had lunch with my sister as a birthday treat and was not disappointed. I had veal escalope with parma ham and madeira sauce, with plenty of fresh vegetables, followed by a delicious fresh fig and walnut tart (see photo). The inside of the restaurant is very welcoming although its external appearance might put off some diners. The restaurant was busy for a Saturday lunchtime, and food choice offers a good variety. I also like the fact that there was no 'optional' service charge, so left a decent tip.

So some of us had starters but we waited over 90 minutes for our mains. The waiting staff were poor..
