The best restaurants serving Italian food in Basingstoke and Deane South East

I knew that this pub was under new management and my friend had recently been here and said the meal was good so I thought I would invite me friends for dinner, I was not disappointed, the service, food and cosiness of the pub was excellent and would return, I had to trout and crumble and it was delicious and could of done with some more custard. Freddie who took our order and served us was exceptionally professional and funny too. Only minor point is when we were going in from the back it looked like it could do with a bit of love and pretty flowers. Look forward to returning maybe in the autumn when the fire is on.

I visited on 2nd May with my wife, daughter, son in law and grandaughter as part of a very large wedding party which occupied the whole restaurant. The staff were brilliant, with lots a patience! Quality of the food was excellent, especially considering the fact that they were catering for a large number, all wanting to eat at roughly the same time, unlike normal restaurant service. The standard was the same as for a meal as a couple. It's a shame my wife and I live a long way away as would have loved to return. Absolute credit to all staff, especially those in the kitchen! I would heartily recommend for a quality Italian culinary experience.

Had a lovely family meal at Zizzi’s, the food was yummy and delicious. The kids enjoyed the colouring.

Io e 15 amici siamo rimasti senza cena la sera di capodanno, nonostante avessimo prenotato inizio dicembre e tre giorni prima della data della prenotazione per confermare il numero di persone. Il “proprietario” grandissimo maleducato e cafone, ha insinuato che la nostra prenotazione fosse falsa, nonostante il fatto che gli avessimo fatto vedere le chiamate. Ci ha dato dei bugiardi, falsi non ammettendo il proprio sbaglio e addirittura urlandoci contro, per non parlare dell’atteggiamento PESSIMO che ha avuto nei confronti della ragazza che ha prenotato, un atteggiamento così nessuno dovrebbe avercelo con i clienti. Personale inqualificabile, proprietario pessimo. Spero non sia successo a nessun altro. Peccato che non si possono dare 0 stelle… Grazie per averci rovinato la cena di capodanno Non ci tornerò mai in quel posto. Non è un ristorante serio ma soprattutto con personale serio

food is consistently delivered quickly, pizza is always great, friendly drivers, sides are pretty good, quality exceeds the price one of my favourites!

Went there with my wife and 4 children. The restaurant was half empty, but they said we should wait 20 minutes…. She clearly didn’t want us to stay.

Bad customer service . Pizza arrived and they left on back yard . If I don’t call they never call me or left any messages. I call and the guy who answer after I explain him where was my delivery he says he call me . I don’t answer ok ….. but why you don’t leave message on voice message ?? Pizza after 25 minutes stand ouside is like cardboard . I don’t think I will return. Very bad experience the guy need leraning to talk with customer isn’t you problem ?? I will visit your store and you can tell me which is my problem…

Lovely pizza good kids portions love the desserts and salad bar defo recommend :) - Pizza Hut basingstoke
