Food was absolutely fantastic and service was very friendly and helpful

The Head Chef Maura is fantastic and professional at all times and even comes out and says hello which is a great personal touch. The bar manager India is amazing and one of the main reasons we come to the champagne bar and have been for the past 4 years, always professional and friendly and goes above and beyond for us.

We had a lovely experience here and the food was absolutey deliciously. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, especially the waiter who served us, Leon. Would highly reccomend.

Not a clue what the food is like as we waited to be seated for over 5 minutes (note not a fully booked restaurant either), not even eye contact from any staff or a ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ as this would have sufficed. When staff were addressed about this I was informed there was no selected front of house which is a standard restaurants tend to have to ensure customer satisfaction..do better

Visited this restaurant thinking it’s going to be a nice place to eat looking at the aesthetic and the menu. I was wrong ! Staff was so rude there was a lady serving us sighing and laughing with other colleagues when asked if the food was halal or if a certain dish had no alcohol the service was so bad ! i asked for the bill and got passed over a receipt we said we are paying cash and she walked off in a puff and proceeded to clean tables whilst we waited with the cash in our hands. I therefore spoke to a manager and she was lovely she gave us £10 off although we didn’t ask for this discount and it wasn’t worth the horrible service definitely won’t be back. My friend also had a bad experience and walked out half way through a meal because of the rudeness but thought i’d give it a chance! save your money and go to pizza express it’s better food :)

First time to Zizzi with a friend. Service was slow but friendly chap. Starter was tasty but small for the cost. Quite a wait for the mains which were lovely but had to go and find someone to ask for Parmesan cheese which you’d expect to be offered. Didn’t check that everything was ok. Sat waiting for quite a while to ask for the bill. Sadly wouldn’t go again
