The best restaurants serving Italian food in Stockport North West

I absolutely love this bar !!! I have been in for the past two weekends, after a meal in restaurants in Gatley. The atmosphere, as soon as you walk in, is just so vibrant and the music is just brilliant.

The most phenomenal pizza I've ever had in my life. The owners are so so friendly. Truly a little slice of Italy in Stockport. I couldn't recommend more!

The food is amazing, delicious and tasy. Petrisor is so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this place and I will definetely i will order take away again.

Is the "The Trunk Room" Tapas bar the most welcoming joyous place to spend an evening. Take it as a yes from an old man who has visited many of the eating houses in the UK and was taken there for a night out by his lovely nice and her son on Friday 24th September 2024. The staff wonderful. The singer and keyboard player wonderful. The atmosphere wonderful! Steve recently moved to Bramhall.

2nd visit and the pizza here is as good as it gets. Perfect base, toppings not overloaded and high quality. This is an excellent pizza in the Rudys vein, best in Stockport!

I have been visiting this place for years. The couple that run it are so passionate about their food, everything is fresh and home made. You won’t find a better pizza anywhere and they do amazing lunch deals and sandwiches too, along with fresh coffee. Such a credit to Cheadle Village, would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic evening in this lovely, welcoming Italian restaurant. We enjoyed a starter of calamari and prawns, mains of Ragu and pizza and yummy desserts of cheesecake and tiramisu. All were totally delicious and cooked to perfection. All the staff showed exemplary service and were all very personable. Our young server made us feel very welcome as soon as we entered the building, and built up a great rapport with us throughout our meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, you will not be disappointed.

Venue not as good as previous location. View over golf course wasn't very impressive.

Never had a bad thing to say about this place. Staff are welcoming and the food is great. Always looking for an excuse to go here!

Delicious food and great service.

We haven’t been to Romulus for some time & were pleasantly surprised it hadn’t changed much, still good service & ambience, the food was delicious & piping hot. Also a good wine list with more options on the blackboard. The tables are compact but there’s still plenty of room for people with mobility issues. We will be returning in the near future.

This place has amazing food with very reasonable price. They don’t add service charge so you can save some euros there. Staff are nice and friendly and overall this place has an amazing atmosphere. This restaurant is closer to the station so it’s quite convenient to get here. Overall quite impressed with the quality food, the price and customer service.
