Primera vez que visito el restaurante. Estaba bien. Encantador restaurante en sí mismo, sin embargo, la comida era mediocre. El personal era amable, pero teniendo en cuenta que no estaba ocupado, no eran demasiado atentos. Booked in advance for my daughters 10th birthday party for her and 11 of her friends. Rang the restaurant prior to the party and agreed the menu with the Manager. Had great service, food was delicious and the team were great! Kids had a fab time and not a scrap of food left. We’ve been as a family before numerous times which is why we chose the venue, but I have to say very warm and welcoming and so helpful. Highly recommend

Food is amazing and absolutely love it. Specially chef julio make it upon your request. Staff the manager Eddie and Michaela fantastic but hey must mention that there is one guy tall and bold ridiculous rude I have complained before about his behaviour but no action has been taken against him and he is still working here. If he is working there when we go for meal my grandson really gets upset and stay unhappy all day long. Sutton London pizza express is nice but apart from this man I would definitely would love to go but I can’t have this guy working here anymore. Hope management can take some action.

There are many cafes in the shopping centre. I'll NOT use this one again. Service very slow, 5 working yet it took 3 minutes to take my order. But the next person (male) was served while I was still paying. I asked for my tray to be bought to me asi had a shopping trolley to push also, they ignored me. Cake ghastly and dry, coffee ended up all over tray due to juggling a tray and shopping trolley
