The best restaurants serving Italian food in East Northamptonshire East Midlands

Fabulous place. Nicely decorated and the food was just amazing. On top of all that, the staff were friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this place. Wished we lived nearer Tewkesbury!

Went for dinner, the waitresses were very fast, good service, very polite. Got our orders correct. The atmosphere was nice, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. However, the food was a bit of a let down, the only options being vegan was a plain margarita pizza and Gnocchi. The bruschetta side was covered in oil and came with red onions which was not listed on the menu. The only saving grace was the sorbet which was delicious which came with a meringue, they had a wide drink selection however the drinks were very small apart from alcohol. The pints are worth it. The meat on another pizza was quite chewy. The michelle special was nice. Didn't really enjoy it ⭐️⭐️/5 (service & sorbet)

Our go-to restaurant in Northampton. I’m lucky enough to eat in top end restaurants in London and across the UK and this is my favourite. Always a warm welcome from Chef Davide and the girls. A small restaurant and a perfectly formed menu - it’s not a pizzeria, but the type of restaurant with some modern twists you might expect in Tuscany. Good value and we recommend it to a lot of friends. It’s a well kept secret to those in the know.

The pizza was really good, the carbonara was average..atmosphere and decor needs definitely an improvement, as prices aren’t low. Service was good. The ice cream and tiramisu are definitely recommended.

The Blue Bell Pub is a great local, with a friendly vibe, great drinks, and very tasty home-cooked food. The pizzas are the best around 🍕

I rarely review but felt compelled to today. Lots of positives - the food, as ever, was fantastic and our server too. The restaurant itself is very pleasant and nice how it leads out onto the boardwalk. Granted it was a busy Sunday lunchtime. One expects it to be busy but waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for food, especially when having two children aged 6 and 3 is unacceptable. This is not the fault of the servers and even chefs who were working as hard as they could (we still tipped our server) but the company for allowing, what I felt, was an unworkable ratio of staff to customers. After an hour, I decided to have a walk around the restaurant and it was apparent there was a lot of families and couples at tables looking fed up. I also saw a couple of tables near us give up and walk out. Such a shame as this restaurant has such potential. You pulled back a star for the fact that the food was good and the staff were trying as hard as they could.

Came here for lunch with my mum. Had the lunch time set menu which was great. But what really made the experience was the service from Gosia. Amazing from start to finish, nothing felt like too much trouble. She was truly incredible.
