The best restaurants serving Indian food in Castle Stirling Central Scotland

We came in quite late last night for a last minute dinner. We have ordered take away before but never sat in. Quite a few people in so a good sign. Food was outstanding! Great portion sizes, taste was unbelievable. By far one of the best Indian meals we have had. Unfortunately for us, the service let us down massively. Our server was quite blunt, no pleasantries, seemed quite rude. We did observe him on other tables though and it didn't seem to be the case with those. Maybe they were regulars? Should never be the case anyway. If it wasn't for the service we would have left 5 stars.

If you like Indian food , this is the place to go. A good selection of dishes to suit all pallets. I dropped in for dinner with my wife after shopping at the thistle centre which is a short walk away, you can also use the parking at the centre, although car park shuts at 6pm. Restaurant is child friendly with good selection of food and soft drinks for the kids. Restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

Fuimos a cenar a Ranas, que anteriormente siempre fue muy bueno. Tristemente creo que el negocio puede haber cambiado de manos. Al entrar notó que no había ropa de cama en las mesas y solo alfombras de papel blanco que abarataron los alrededores, aunque el menú era el mismo, se indicó en el menú los precios habían aumentado en £ 1. Mi pareja y yo pedimos nuestras selecciones habituales, y cuando llegó el arranque fue bastante pésimo y nada como antes. Los platos principales eran porciones sosas y pequeñas y el arroz parecía un arroz biryani recalentado. En resumen, los precios han aumentado y es poco probable que el estándar regrese.

We really ha missed Indian .that is why we had come here to relish our Indian roots. My friend had recommended this to me. His name is khiran sashi. Really good food and ambience.... Even though the portion sizes are a bit small, the taste is impeccable.. our hostess sukhman was really helpful and sweet. A must visit restaurant!!

Lovely dinner as always, we had a varied selection pf foods, usually get Thali or dosa but this time tried something new! Lovely food staff friendly and patient as always in particular Raj he was a honey x

El formato anterior se adecuaba mejor a nuestras necesidades, pero deseamos que los cambios atraigan nuevos clientes. Sin aparcamiento.
