The best restaurants in Castle Stirling Central Scotland

We came in quite late last night for a last minute dinner. We have ordered take away before but never sat in. Quite a few people in so a good sign. Food was outstanding! Great portion sizes, taste was unbelievable. By far one of the best Indian meals we have had. Unfortunately for us, the service let us down massively. Our server was quite blunt, no pleasantries, seemed quite rude. We did observe him on other tables though and it didn't seem to be the case with those. Maybe they were regulars? Should never be the case anyway. If it wasn't for the service we would have left 5 stars.

Absolutamente increíble! El dueño nos agradó en la puerta, nos dio un tour, explicó todas las opciones de postres disponibles. Nos encantó ver la pasión! ¡El servicio al cliente 1000/10! Sin duda volveremos el año que viene.

Fantastic food: a novel, varied & delicious selection of freshly cooked dishes. Good vegetarian & fish options. Really friendly serving team. BYOB with no corkage charge. Highly recommended

Almuerzo perfecto! Rollo de tocino para el pequeño y haggis, queso y panini de chutney de cebolla dulce para mí. También té y un delicioso batido de frutas. No he comido algo tan sabroso en mucho tiempo. Todo está recién hecho y delicioso. Extremadamente amable y personal de hola.

Bonnie wee cafe based in Stirling city centre with cosy decor, homely feel and Wifi. Service was quick, friendly and cheerful ! Only popped in for takeaway coffee and cakes today (Bourbon Brownie and Cinnamon Bun) for the hike up Ben Mieke. But I will definitely be back for brunch and pancakes another day (because I saw someone eating the banana pancake stack and it looked incredible!) Both cakes were absolutely delicious; the cinnamon bun was particularly tasty! And trust me as a coffee snob, I can definitely approve the divine Oat Latte ! Worth the visit and will definitely return again for more sweet treats and coffee in future.

My mum and I recently decided to try out this cafe for lunch and we were very impressed with the tapas/small plate dishes, and with the cake. The food was fresh and delicious. Today I went back with my baby and found it to be a lovely cafe to breastfeed in as well - there is a small family area at the back which is lamp lit and affords some privacy. The staff are very friendly, and were particularly good when I was flustered with a hungry baby today. This is just what Stirling was needing - my new favourite cafe!

Wow wow wow!!! Livia and her hubby were so welcoming. My partner was in a wheelchair which they accommodated for. Livia does a brilliant job of operating the front of house. Her hubby (apologies did not get his name), cooks the most amazing food. My parter had the signature chicken and noodles and gave it top marks. I had the seaeed rolls and kimchi, and gave it top marks. We can't wait to go back!!!

Situado a la derecha de las vías del tren, esta pequeña joya oculta hace lo que dice en la lata. Maravilloso café servido por 2 amables empleados jóvenes junto con un "gran hammy" - justo lo que en un frío día de enero. Bastante gente entrando y saliendo. Bonita vibra! Me encantan todos los contenedores y asientos interiores / 0 al aire libre configurados con vista al monumento Wallace y las colinas de Ochil. Todo está impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado. ¿Por qué diablos irías a una cadena de café cuando puedes experimentar esto? Buena relación calidad-precio y un montón de aparcamiento gratuito si como nosotros has viajado desde fuera de la zona de Stirling.

Personal amable y clientes! Ambiente sociable y muy buen servicio. Comida preparada fresca y rápidamente. Tuve una patata al horno con mayonesa de atún y una ensalada de acompañamiento - muy sabroso. Panadería casera también en oferta. Bien vale la pena una visita - para la comida y también para apoyar a un pequeño negocio local, independiente.

Proper artisanal Italian gelato and cakes. Very clean and nice place to stop by. We ordered the vanilla and strawberry ice-cream and then a few cakes to takes away (semifreddo, lemon, tiramissu). Most definitely recommended.

Outstanding food and service. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Flavour busting from the bowl of soup and the best BLT panini I have ever tasted. Will be our regular lunch stop from now on when in Stirling.

We ordered a late night takeaway from here. It was genuinely the tastiest meal I've had in a long time. Please treat yourself to a taste sensation I'd give it 11 out of 10

Delicious, inventive and well balanced tasting menu. Favourite dish: scallop with apple gel and chicken dashi. A laid back and cosy fine dining experience in Stirling at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
