Imagine you come back by train to stirling after a long day in edinburgh. Tired, grumpy and hungry walking through the streets. All you want is a coffee from unorthodox roasters. But the place is closed and the vinyl shop beside also. Then you meet a guy walking to his car and saying „how are you?“. You have a little chat about coffee and other things, ending with a present (grinded coffee) to take home to germany. Happens only in stirling, scotland, in front of unorthodox roasters. The guy we met was Neil, the owner of the place (unorthodox roasters), who reopened his place just to give us this present to save our day! Unbelievable! Thank you so much, my friend, we enjoyed the coffee a few minutes ago back home in germany freshly made with our little espresso maker! Or, as Neil would say: „Life is good!“ Greets, hope to meet you again, Willy&Sarah

You can't take ten steps in Stirling without bumping into a coffee shop, but HBW Coffee towers above them all in terms of quality, service, and atmosphere. The bar is staffed by friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable baristas capable of steaming your choice of milk to silky perfection. The espresso is consistently well-brewed, showcasing their understanding of the importance of regularly calibrating both the grinder and the espresso machine. Finding a good cup of filter coffee is rare; finding a great one is even rarer. HBW regularly has a perfectly brewed pot on the go, showcasing just how juicy coffee can be. I haven't even mentioned the food yet. I can't think of anywhere else in the area I would recommend more highly for breakfast or brunch. I always leave HBW feeling like I should have paid more. The quality is consistently outstanding, and the way different flavors are combined into each dish demonstrates a real appreciation for the experience of taste. HBW has raised the bar for Stirling, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Bonnie wee cafe based in Stirling city centre with cosy decor, homely feel and Wifi. Service was quick, friendly and cheerful ! Only popped in for takeaway coffee and cakes today (Bourbon Brownie and Cinnamon Bun) for the hike up Ben Mieke. But I will definitely be back for brunch and pancakes another day (because I saw someone eating the banana pancake stack and it looked incredible!) Both cakes were absolutely delicious; the cinnamon bun was particularly tasty! And trust me as a coffee snob, I can definitely approve the divine Oat Latte ! Worth the visit and will definitely return again for more sweet treats and coffee in future.

My mum and I recently decided to try out this cafe for lunch and we were very impressed with the tapas/small plate dishes, and with the cake. The food was fresh and delicious. Today I went back with my baby and found it to be a lovely cafe to breastfeed in as well - there is a small family area at the back which is lamp lit and affords some privacy. The staff are very friendly, and were particularly good when I was flustered with a hungry baby today. This is just what Stirling was needing - my new favourite cafe!

Wow wow wow!!! Livia and her hubby were so welcoming. My partner was in a wheelchair which they accommodated for. Livia does a brilliant job of operating the front of house. Her hubby (apologies did not get his name), cooks the most amazing food. My parter had the signature chicken and noodles and gave it top marks. I had the seaeed rolls and kimchi, and gave it top marks. We can't wait to go back!!!

Friendly staff and customers! Sociable atmosphere and very good service. Food prepared freshly and quickly. I had a baked potato with tuna mayonnaise and a side salad - very tasty. Home baking also on offer. Well worth a visit - for the food and also to support a small, independent, local business.

Had pizzas and coffees here a while ago. Really nice place, very secluded from the main road and has great views of the Wallace monument and Stirlings hills and scenery. The setup with the sheltered picnic tables, and the container indoor seating area was really neat. A pretty modern and creative idea. We had our dog with us so sat outside. The menu looked really nice with 3 types of pizzas on display. We ordered all 3 and really enjoyed them. They were excellent quality, well presented and just fit the bill exactly. The coffee was excellent quality too, looked very instagramable with the cool coffee art. Will definitely have to come back.
