This has become my Go To Coffee House when I'm in town. Lovely coffee and tea and banana cake to die for. Prices are extremely reasonable and I've also taken to buying some of their ground coffee for the house as well.

We were looking for a coffee at 4.45 on a Saturday in Stirling. Apparently quite hard to do! Popped our heads in through the doors of Chester’s and had 15 minutes to closing. Fast polite service allowed us to have a slice of cake and a really nice coffee and be gone by 5.05 Nice little place

Great wee cafe on the high street in Stirling town centre just a few minutes walk from the train station. We had a lovely americano and cappuccino with a roll and sausage an a roll and bacon with scrambled egg. The egg was fluffy and perfect with the crispy bacon. Gorgeous crispy roll. £13. Staff polite and friendly.

We went in for a quick coffee in order to wait out a downpour, and we were incredibly satisfied with the coffee, the service and the atmosphere. Even my (Italian and extremely critical) aunt was happy with the espresso! I will definitely be back.

What a lovely wee coffee house. We went quite late in the day but they were happy to serve us. Lovely decor and freshly ground coffee. What a selection of cakes too. We had the Hawaiian slice and it was out of this world. Not the cheapest in the city but you get what you pay for and the quality is well worth it. Place was busy to a popular place. We’re popping in this morning for another carpaccio.

My friends and I visit every Friday morning for coffee and cakes. Staff exceotionally pleasant and attentive, to the point they remember our order better than we do!!! However, this morning was very frosty and cold and when we were seated, our early friend who was payimg had ordered us bacon rolls!!! Delicious!!! The best bacon rolls I ve ever tasted!!! Thankyou Hilbert and Chris!

Well Chester's is the place to be it has to be said! Almost every seat taken, always a bustle at the door and it is clear to see why! My girlfriend and I sat ourselves down, expecting good things from what we had heard from friends...we were treated to something even better. We both had paninis (there is a large varied choice of filling ranging from standard to exquisite), tea and coffee (the coffee was particularly lovely, especially the latte art itself) and I had the soup. The special of the day was beautifully seasoned and warmed me through on a cold day. However, all this being said we both agree that what makes Chester's a tier above other Stirling establishments is the staff. In particular the young lady who served us at the till. She managed to make us feel welcome and wanted, whilst at the same time being focused and on task. To us she embodied what good hospitality means. We will 100% return to such a charming establishment.

Fancied a coffee and a break from shopping in Stirling. We were headed to a well known chain but could see it was busy and messy. Walked just next door to a fantastic family run coffee house. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The place itself its spotlessly clean and really nicely decorated. The coffee and hot chocolate we had were first rate, as was the minty cake. All in all it might have been our first visit but it absolutely won't be our last.

Taking a quick Motorbike tour in the Highlands and decided to use the quieter roads beyond Glasgow into the Trossachs. This lovely Tearoom is on the North side of the Loch and it's definitely a find! Vast range of teas available, home baked cakes and scones (delicious btw) plus a range of food on the menu if you want something more substantial (I was content with the scone with jam & cream & a pot of Earl Grey). On a cool, grey September day, it's warm, spacious and cosy interior was a delight as was the owner/proprietor! 😊👌 She (Kay, I think?) runs the place singlehandedly and efficiently, even when 10 different visitors all turn up within 15 minutes of each other... well done for managing the heavy demand 👏 & pleased that everyone appreciated your super effort in making sure that everyone was served in rotation with the minimum delay possible. 😊👍 Btw, the pic is from the south of the Loch looking toward the north 👌

Imagine you come back by train to stirling after a long day in edinburgh. Tired, grumpy and hungry walking through the streets. All you want is a coffee from unorthodox roasters. But the place is closed and the vinyl shop beside also. Then you meet a guy walking to his car and saying „how are you?“. You have a little chat about coffee and other things, ending with a present (grinded coffee) to take home to germany. Happens only in stirling, scotland, in front of unorthodox roasters. The guy we met was Neil, the owner of the place (unorthodox roasters), who reopened his place just to give us this present to save our day! Unbelievable! Thank you so much, my friend, we enjoyed the coffee a few minutes ago back home in germany freshly made with our little espresso maker! Or, as Neil would say: „Life is good!“ Greets, hope to meet you again, Willy&Sarah

My mum and I recently decided to try out this cafe for lunch and we were very impressed with the tapas/small plate dishes, and with the cake. The food was fresh and delicious. Today I went back with my baby and found it to be a lovely cafe to breastfeed in as well - there is a small family area at the back which is lamp lit and affords some privacy. The staff are very friendly, and were particularly good when I was flustered with a hungry baby today. This is just what Stirling was needing - my new favourite cafe!
