Best Indian food I’ve had, great customer service from a gentle man named Vikrant. Recommended. The madras chicken was great and the garlic nam was also delicious

Indian Ocean is probably Northern Ireland's most well known Indian restaurant and with good reason. A group of us went for a meal on a Friday evening and whilst the restaurant was really busy, the service was excellent. Indian Ocean Holywood has a great, varied menu and everyone was able to find something they liked (loved!!!) Can't remember what everyone ordered, but I got Murgh Tikka for starters and Jalfrezi Ghosht for mains. Wine list was fab as well. Highly recommend!

There were 7 diners in our party and each one of us agreed that the food was delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Chef has over 40 years experience and happily advised us on menu. Restaurant deserves a much higher rating. Atmosphere, service and food will not disappoint.

In my view best Indian in Bangor. Had a great chicken naga here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service is great and the prices are reasonable. They catered for the kids who aren’t keen on Indian food. Don’t hesitate but go check it out.

Haven't been in quite some time and I won't be back. This used to be a great wee takeaway when Shakeel managed it. The two lonely guys who served me seemed like fish out of water. No personality although the guy with glasses did say thank you. The kebab on chips was a let down to say the least. I'm glad I didn't go for something more substantial. 5 pieces of the worst overcooked pakora I've ever tasted and doner meat chopped up into tiny burnt ends. How difficult can it be?
