The best restaurants serving Indian food in Redland Bristol, City of South West

I had a great dosa! It was a late booking and it's a popular place so there were only window seats available. But that was perfect for a meal for two. The service was really friendly and super fast. The dosa was really tasty but could have been a tiny bit thinner.

We popped in here completely randomly last night as we were in the area and hungry. I’m very used to the remarkably similar usual English ‘Indian’ menus of most Bristol curry houses… what a breath of fresh air this place is! Amazingly fresh and tasty food, great service and an open and airy ambiance- we’ll definitely be back now we’ve found it!

El servicio estaba bien, pero no era tan entusiasta en la gran pantalla de televisión que reproduce videos musicales indios. Sin embargo, da un buen ambiente moderno en oposición al tipo de papel tapiz de bandada más relleno de la atmósfera, y la comida triunfa sobre todo lo demás. Específicamente el cordero era tierno y especiado a la perfección, Nan era fantástico y el dahl era encantador.

A fantastic Indian restaurant! Staff polite, friendly and helpful! Food amazing! As someone who has visited India many times for work and having served on Indian crewed vessels transitting the Indian Ocean region I experienced authentic Indian food. This restaurant is amazing, genuinely flavoursome, good portions. Unlike many so called Indian restaurants this one is genuinely Indian! Highly recommend you visit and enjoy the food and atmosphere!
