The best restaurants serving Indian food in Billingshurst and Shipley Horsham South East

This is the second time I ordered a takeaway delivery and each time I have to bin the starter. Curry village katti rolls are not as listed. They are chicken tikka with peppers and onions. Not lamb and potatoes as listed. Absolute waste of money. Beware.

Nice restaurant but service and food stop me from using it. Even takeaway isn’t worth it.

Manager reaction to feedback appalling to say the least. Would not allow us to explain our feedback and review when asked. Poor execution of customer service recovery - non existent. It’s a shame as all other staff were very pleasant and courteous. If only the manager as he called himself upheld customer expectations and objectives. Active listening and communication lacking to enhance customer expectations - very disappointing indeed. The proprietor of this establishment seriously needs to consider orchestration by current management in position. Quite clearly not git for purpose and unable to interact with customers with a valid concern regarding their menu choice. A very dignified response from our reservation, fair and responsive reaction to what was a car crash reaction from the manager who seemed completely myopic in his conclusion to our complaint. Will sadly not be returning to this establishment. I thoroughly recommend the curry village and at worst you have another alternative within the village.
