My girlfriend and I came here tonight and we were so so delighted we did. Ranjan is a gentleman who made us feel so welcome and was more than helpful with answering any questions we had. The service, starters, drinks, mains and sides were perfect and couldn’t be faulted. For the amount of food we got, it was exceptional value for money. If I’m back in Billingsford, I’ll 100% be back.

Ordered a take away last night service was very good. Poppadoms we're very good. Onion bhaji were good but didn't come with onion salad or chutney. Butter chicken was very runny and had far too much cream. Vegetable madras was watery and very average. Garlic Nan was average. Paratha was also average. Billingshurst has 3 Indian restaurants and all serve the same standard of food.

We had an unexpected meal out after a hard days graft last Sunday, deciding to eat in rather than takeaway. We didn’t look immaculate but received a warm welcome and then proceeded to have the best Indian meal we have had in donkeys years - the lamb tikka behind was the best we have ever eaten. We just wish we were locals and could partake on a regular basis!

Have going there for many years...This is our absolute favourite Indian in the village, absolutely outstanding Indian Cuisine, just consistently next level food, taste, presentation......in fact we were there again last night. Favourite is Tandoori King Prawn Balti & Chicken Tikka Masala. THE BEST!!!!

Spur of the moment Sunday curry, first time visit new to the area. Staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome with a toddler in tow. The service & food was exceptional. Add a big discount for eating in, we will be back this is now our local curry house.

We ordered food for collection and were told it would be a half an hour wait, we got there about 35 mins later and were told it'd be an extra 5/10 mins as they were pretty busy, and honestly they were so lovely! It was a friday night so you expect to wait a bit longer anyway. They gave us two half cobras on the house plus two cans of drink to take back with us also on the house! All staff were so polite and chatty the service was amazing and the food was lovely!

I travel all over the country for work, staying away from Mon-Fri, always on the lookout for a decent Indian once a week. This place eliminates all other restaurants by a 1000 miles. Beautiful fresh food, the Naan is sublime and oh my god the Onion Bahji’s are cannonballs of yummy bliss. Best Indian in England 💯👌

We love it here, we often will dine in on a week day for 30% off it’s an amazing deal and the food is outstanding! It can be on the hotter/spicier side but we don’t mind this! A lovely chap called Ash served us on our most recent visit & he was very attentive.

This restaurant is one of our favourites, we meet friends and dine perhaps every 6 or 8 weeks, the food has always been exceptional and the service very good too. We must make a special thanks to our waiter last night (15/5/24), he has recently joined and provided us with excellent customer service skills, well done.

This is a fabulous Indian restaurant. They offer 30% food in Tues, Wed and Thurs. Service is excellent, we had a new member of staff last night and he was very gracious and the food is always excellent. I thoroughly recommend.

Used them for years. This time unfortunately everything was incredibly spicy! Even the rice was very hot. I normally order a dhansak but with my kids we ordered a tikka masala and it was as spicy as a dhansak so completely inedible for my children. Really disappointed.

While the dishes genuinely impressed us with their exquisite flavors and presentation, the service significantly tarnished our dining experience. It felt as though our presence was more of a burden than a delight to the staff, particularly our waiter, whose demeanor suggested he was serving a sentence rather than guests. This was especially disappointing given the obligatory service charge added to our bill. Great food, yes, but the unwelcoming atmosphere makes it hard to recommend for a return visit.

Very high standard of food, very poor standard of service. This place has the most miserable rude waiter in the world, very abrupt, totally unwelcoming. Give it a swerve.

This place every time is amazing!!!! They open the door for you. So polite. Food tastes amazing so fresh and quick service. They are always smiling and so happy. They said to my mum they hope she had a lovely mother's day. They always have deals on food too. I honestly can't say how amazing this place is. I didnt like Indian food until I came here. They made me feel at ease helped me through the menu and now I can't wait to go back. So glad I went there. Lovely environment, beautiful layout. I'm so glad this resturant is round the corner. Parking right outside too. I didn't manage to take photos because I was too excited by all the food and happy with service and spending time with family. But next time I go in to the resturant I'll take photos.

First time ordering from Curry Village (as I’m a big fan of Blue India down the road) but I must say the food was absolutely fantastic. Everything was freshly prepared and piping hot on delivery (only 25 mins!). Will be back again!

Visited this restaurant after a very long time yesterday and not disappointed. Very attentive staff, and one of the staff was very funny (don't know his name, spikey hairstyle) has very great customer service skills. Food was incredibly amazing. Chicken 65 top notch! Compliments to the Chef!

I've eaten in the restaurant at Curry Village many times and have never been disappointed with the food. It is always excellent quality and tastes fresh. I last went with a friend and we are both fortunate to have travelled to India many times during our working lives and eaten in regular restaurants and not hotels. The food at Curry Village is on a par, if not better, than the many meals that I have eaten during my travels. Very recently I arranged the restaurant to supply the catering for a big home birthday celebration. The food arrived hot and in large quantities and everyone present commented on how good the food was. Keep up the good work Curry Village. I have no connection in any way with the restaurant or owners apart from being a satisfied customer.

My food was inedible, I ordered a Balti but the heat from the spices was far too hot. We were also charged a service charge which I object to, if you get good service then you tip accordingly. We other curry houses in the village that don't charge this I think they may well have lost our custom

We visited curry village on Father’s Day this year 18/06/2023 with our 7 month old. I have never had a better experience in a restaurant. The food was to die for, me and my partner both trying new currys asking the staff for recommendation and they did not fail. The currys were incredible. We tried the garlic chilli chicken and the Naga chilli chicken dishes as well as garlic rice, naan and a few other bits. Everything was 10/10! The service and staff were fantastic and so warm, welcoming and amazing with our son! The offer and price was also incredible with a 30% discount and free half pint for the dads. Wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone getting a curry in future. We will not be going anywhere else!! It’s a must go to place.

The best Indian food in Billingshurst these days! Authentic & delicious dishes, superb professional service, wonderful decoration in the restaurant. Good draught beer. People in the reviews moaning about service when busy and comparing to Blue India (which having lived in the village for twenty years I can say is a ghost of Monsoon of the past) clearly ridiculous. Great job accommodating our three generations of the family last night and we'll be back very soon, thank you...

Impromptu curry supper, just before a cycle race the following day, so the first time I have a mild curry - chicken tikka . Simply wonderful, spicy flavoursome and combined with a fantastic dhal & Bindi bhaji with rice made for a great dinner. Thank you Curryvillage.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a chicken korma and a lamb passanda the passanda was not edible. We did not eat it. When we phoned to complain politely the man said he was coming to pick up the food!!! Which was fine as I put it straight back in the plastic bag it came in. The passanda was lamb, which was OK and tomatoe sauce which was disgusting. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS RANK FOOD. I AM NOW GOING TO EAT CRISPS AS I AM STARVING. 😒

This is a quality curry establishment. Highly experienced chefs who clearly have a superior and authentic knowledge of Indian cuisine .From the blending of the spices to the preparing and cooking of the meat. Wonderful.

New to the area, received a leaflet and having read the reviews decided to give it a go so ordered a take away. Did not disappoint . Food was still hot despite 15min drive , full of flavour. Delivered within timescale they said they would by a lovely young woman. Ordered some dishes from signature collection and house menu we haven’t had before and can highly recommend. Excellent great service food hygiene and what more can you say prices are great best in Billingshurst

Ordered as a treat and our order came to just over £50. We had 2 main dishes, 2 rice, 2 naan, 1 onion Bhaji, 3 popadoms. Flavour great but in the 2 main dishes we only had 8 small chunks of chicken! Not even enough to make 1 chicken breast. (That’s combined not in each). Such a shame but won’t go back.

Took the girlfriend here for a meal (11th feb) Absolutely great curry & great service. Can't wait for the next one.. 😋

Absolutely amazing! Went for family dinner second time here.The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly, especially the host Raj was superb to talk to. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. I am definitely going back.

We ahve recently moved to West Sussex and on top of all the other aspects that make this county so wonderful it'd be remiss if I didnt mention this little jewel in Billingshurst. The food is absolutely wonderful. Hopefully the team behind the company maintain there standards when demand goes ballistic once word gets out. Avoid, head to Blue India. Much better service in Blue India and incredibly polite too. Curry Village are very rude on the phone, can’t handle pressure when it’s busy, order taken then not arrived, then told it wasn’t taken. It really can’t be difficult, surely? To provide a delivery service to someone and take an order on the phone? Blue India arrived within 30 minutes, piping hot and delicious. Stick with what you know!

CV are not without competition in Billingshurst so always going to hard with 5 curry houses in a village to be the best. However they are certainly in my opinion to be top of the list. They do a great variety of Indian cuisine & to me an all important part give a friendly welcoming service They offer a 20% discount on their eat in menu mid week which to be honest is excellent but to get people through the door (More should offer this} We chose the House white which was not only good but very well priced Over all & Ive eaten in the very best Indian restaurants CV is one of the best in West Sussex & for value for money in the south East

This used to be my go to Indian, the food was superb in every way. Sadly there’s been a change of ownership and chef and it’s turned into a typical ghastly curry house red sauce, yellow sauce, orange sauce some sort of unidentifiable meat sloppy muck provider, it’s still expensive which wasn’t a problem when the food was good but this is horrible, truly horrible. I got a full refund and my meal went in the bin.

Every time we order something goes wrong. The food is good (although it is hit and miss). Sometimes it is good, other times it is a completely different chef and it doesn’t taste nice at all (we order the same thing every time). But the delivery is hideous! At least an hour to an hour and a half every time and always turns up cold. I’ll give this place one last chance but it has never been this bad from any other curry house!!!!!

We came for a meal, the food was lovely but the service not so good. We ate our food and they cleared the table and then nothing..... we sat there for 20 minutes just being ignored despite trying to get someone's attention. We eventually got someone to come over and asked for a dessert menu only to told there wasn't one, we weren't offered tea or coffee so we left. Very disappointed as it is local to us but we won't be back!!

We are spoilt for choice in the village having 3 Curry restaurants. But Curry Village has certainly set the level. We ordered a variety of starters plus our mains. All very good. The lamb shank was very tasty. Would recommended

Everything about this restaurant was great. Saw this guy looking after every table by himself, I was amazed so couldn't stop myself asking his name RAJ absolute amzing person. Place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. Our waiter was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and awesome. Great atmosphere with really nice people. Definitely will be visiting again!

First visit to the area, happened on this delightful restaurant. Our host Raj was welcoming and helpful. Gluten free options on the menu was a bonus for myself. Chicken tikka was plentiful and succulent. Staff were all polite and friendly. Nice atmosphere, clean and tidy could not ask for more. Highly recommend a visit.

I don't often write reviews for restaurants but I feel that Curry Village deserves one. Having previously only dined in and had take-aways at another restaurant in Billingshurst I decided to give Curry Village a try. Excellent food that even our friends said tasted much fresher than the restaurant that they frequented. The staff were superb and paid just the right amount of attention when eating in. This has experience has been repeated a few times, now, as well as a large delivery. Great menu and well worth a try so you would be crazy not to do so.

Walked in with my wife for dinner in a Saturday night. Raj, couldn’t have been nicer. He was quick, efficient and friendly. He helped recommend something for my dinner and didn’t disappoint!
