The best restaurants serving Indian food in Macclesfield Central Cheshire East North West

I got a takeaway from Paprika last night and had to leave a review to say how good it was! Every element was delicious, with distinct flavours and so fresh, not at all oily and greasy like I've experienced from other takeaways. The delivery was fast and the portion sizes were great too. A special shout out to the chana dal and the keema naan which were some of the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be ordering again!!

Stoped off after a long training day on my way home . I had chicken somber rice and nan bread also had a starter of chilli chicken which was really nice . Had a cheeky cobra whilst waiting for the food £23 . Which I thought was good . Lots of chicken in the dishes and authentic sauce

Unfortunately not a patch on the same order that we’ve previously had from the restaurant. One of the dishes seemed to have no spice and it took approx 90 mins to arrive. Not sure it was worth the wait.

We ate here on 12th April 2025. The food and service were excellent and we had an interesting chat with the proprietor afterwards, a really nice man. At some Indian restaurants, you don't always get what it says, but here if the menu says it's spicy, then it will be! 🔥 This was my first visit to Macclesfield in 32 years and I'm pleased we went here. Thought I'd treat myself as I have a cold and decided to get spicy food. I was so disappointed. The naan and rice were just ok but the curry itself was luke warm, bland and the consistency of tomato soup.

Genuine South Indian Street food comes to Macc at last. Never had anything this good outside of Greater Manchester .. a real gem for Macc. Veggies were perfectly cooked and fresh, and the sauces spectacular without being oily. Masala Dosa was delicious - one of the best I’ve had. Gobi Manchurian .. to die for; never had this outside of GM .. a real treat. All the rice was perfect and not soaked in oil like so many other local outlets (!)Congrats to the chef who clearly knows his stuff. Decent portion sizes. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for no doubt so very happy with the price. A sizeable order delivered in 30 minutes was another big plus. Thank you for a delicious meal.
